 Պարտադիր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները կամբողջացվեն և Ազգային ժողովի դատին կներկայացվեն աշնանային նստաշրջանում: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը: Նա հայտնեց, որ աշխատելու են այն գրաֆիկով, որ օրենքի փոփոխությունները քննարկվեն ԱԺ աշնանային նստաշրջանում, և աշխատանքներն ավարտված լինեն հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ բավականին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում կհանդիպի առաջարկություններ ունեցող մարդկանց հետ, որից հետո կպատրաստվի նոր նախագիծը, այն կներկայացվի հանրության դատին, կարծիքներն ամփոփելուց հետո կունենան վերջնական տարբերակ։ «Բացարձակ տեղին չէ այստեղ քննարկել բազմաթիվ այն առաջարկությունները, որոնք ես ստացել եմ: Կան հարթակներ, ես նախագիծը դնելու եմ e-draft-ում, մարդիկ իրենց կարծիքը ասելու են, դա ամփոփվելու է: Ըստ էության՝ մենք ունենք աշխատանքային գործընթաց, որը ես անելու եմ մաքսիմալ սեղմ ժամկետներում, որովհետև կուտակայինն ամենաբարդ ու ամենադժվար լուծելի խնդիրը չի սոցիալական ապահովության ոլորտում, այնքան խորքային խնդիրներ կան»,-նշեց նախարարը:

Պաշտոնյայի խոսքով՝ խնդիրն ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալու և միասնական որոշում որդեգրելու և այն կիրառելու մեջ է: «Դա անելը հնարավոր է, հեշտ է, և տեսանելի ու կարճ ապագայում դա արվելու է»,-վստահեցրեց Մանե Թանդիլյանը:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մարդկանց, ովքեր, այնուամենայնիվ, չեն ցանկանում հուլիսի 1-ից միանալ համակարգին, նախարարը հանդիպելու է նրանց հետ՝ լսելու մտահոգություններն ու ընդունելի լուծումների հանգելու նպատակով:

Կառավարությունն առաջարկել է հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող Պարտադիր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի ներքո քաղաքացիները վճարեն 2.5, պետությունը՝ 7.5 տոկոս: Նախկինում կենսաթոշակային համակարգի մասնակիցը վճարում էր իր եկամտի 5 տոկոսը, 5 տոկոսն էլ՝ պետությունն էր վճարում անձի օգտին: Այսօր՝ հունիսի 21-ին, Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ եւ ամբողջությամբ ընդունեց «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է, որ որդեգրվել է ժամանակավոր լուծում, որն ուղղված է հանգիստ պայմաններում հարցը քննարկելուն և բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի համար կոնսենսուսի հասնելուն: Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի պարտադիր բաղադրիչը վերաբերում է 1974 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո ծնված քաղաքացիներին: Կենսաթոշակային համակարգի կառավարիչները երկուսն են՝ «Ամունդի-Ակբա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ» ՓԲԸ և «Ցե-Կվադրատ Ամպեգա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ Արմենիա» ՍՊԸ:
