Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել Սամվել Դանիելյանը

Երևանի Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր արյունաբան Սամվել Դանիելյանը: «Արմենպրես»-ն այս մասին տեղեկացավ  ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

 

«Տնօրենի փոփոխությունը պետք է դիտարկել համակարգային բարեփոխումների շրջանակում: Այդպիսի փոփոխություններ շարունակվելու են նաև այլ բուժհաստատություններում:  Փոփոխությունը կատարվել է օրենքի տառին համապատասխան կերպով»,-հիմնավորեցին նախարարությունից:

 

Մամուլում լուրեր էին շրջանառվում, թե  Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները հավաքվել և նոր տնօրեն են նշանակել արյունաբան Երվանդ Հակոբյանին: «Արմենպրես»-ն այս առթիվ զրուցեց նաև կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Նատա Մելքիկյանի հետ:

 

«Դա նշանակում չի եղել, այլ պարզապես քննարկում, ցանկություն՝ նշանակելու Երվանդ Հակոբյանին: Քննարկումը եղել է շատ փոքր շրջանակով, որը չի արտահայտել ողջ անձնակազմի տեսակետը: Անցկացվել է քվեարկություն, որը կարծում եմ՝ սխալ էր: Ես ասացի՝ եթե նույնիսկ քվերակություն է լինում, ապա գոնե ողջ անձնակազմը պետք է քվեարկի: Դա օբյեկտիվ չի եղել»,-ասաց փոխտնօրենն ու հավելեց, որ նման քննարկումը եղել է նախքան նոր տնօրենի՝ Սամվել Դանիելյանի նշանակման մասին իմանալը:

 

Մելքիկյանը նշեց՝ Սամվել Դանիելյանի հետ ընդհանուր լեզու են գտել, և ամեն հարց լուծված է:

 

Նույն կենտրոնի աշխատակից, արյունաբան Անահիտ Զախարյանը նշեց՝ ինքը նախկինում երկար տարիներ աշխատել է Սամվել Դանիելյանի հետ, նրա նշանակվելուն դեմ կամ կողմ լինելու հիմքեր չունի: «Ինչու՞ պիտի դեմ լինեմ մի մարդու նշանակմանը, ում հետ կողք կողքի աշխատել եմ երկար տարիներ և շատ եմ հարգել նրան»,-եզրափակեց նա:

 

Քանի որ Սամվել Դանիելյանը Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարն է, հետևաբար առաջիկայում սահմանված կարգով կանցկացվի տնօրենի ընտրության մրցույթ: Ցանկացած նոր տնօրեն ընտրվում է մրցույթով՝ ՀՀ կառավարության սահմանած ընթացակարգով:

 

Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի նախկին տնօրենն էր Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանը: Նա կենտրոնը ղեկավարում էր 2001 թվականից:
