ՀՔԾ-ն կարճել է բողոքի ցույցերի օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Սասուն Միքայելյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործով վարույթը

Հայաստանի հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը կարճել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Արարատ Միրզոյանի և Սասուն Միքայելյանի նկատմամբ Երևանում ապրիլի 13-22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից:

Կարճվել են նաև նույն ժամանակահատվածում Դավիթ Սանասարյանի, Արմեն Գրիգորյանի, Լևոն Բարսեղյանի, Տիգրան Մազմանյանի, Նաիրի Սարգսյանի, Էրիկ Խաչատրյանի, Գևորգ Մանուկյանի, Գոռ Միրզոյանի և Հայկարամ Մնացականյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործերը:

«Երևան քաղաքում 2018թ. ապրիլի 13-ից 22-ը տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 2-րդ մասերով և 2251-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 2-րդ մասերով քննված քրեական գործով 2018թ.-ի ապրիլի 22-ին ձերբակալվել էին ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու Սասուն Միքայելյանը: Քրեական հետապնդում էր իրականացվում նաև Դավիթ Սանասարյանի, Արմեն Գրիգորյանի, Լևոն Բարսեղյանի, Տիգրան Մազմանյանի, Նաիրի Սարգսյանի, Էրիկ Խաչատրյանի, Գևորգ Մանուկյանի, Գոռ Միրզոյանի և Հայկարամ Մնացականյանի նկատմամբ: 2018թ.-ի հունիսի 21-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու և քրեական գործով վարույթը կարճելու մասին՝ վերը նշված անձանց արարքներում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով»,- ասված է հատուկ քննչական ծառայության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
