ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարն ընդունել է ՀՀ-ում Ճապոնիայի դեսպան Ջուն Յամադային

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ճապոնիայի նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջուն Յամադայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, բարձր գնահատելով Ճապոնիայի կառավարության կողմից ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացման ուղղությամբ` նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ հայ-ճապոնական համագործակցությունը կշարունակվի և կընդլայնվի: Նշելով, որ Հայաստանի համար հետաքրքրական և օգտակար կարող է լինել ճապոնական փորձը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի տարբեր ճյուղերում` նախարարը միաժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ հայկական կողմը բաց է փոխգործակցության յուրաքանչյուր առաջարկի համար:

 

Այնուհետև նախարարը հյուրերին ներկայացրել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ներկա վիճակը, առաջնահերթություններն ու ընթացիկ ծրագրերը: Մասնավորապես, նշվել է, որ ներկայումս պետության առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում են փոքր գյուղացիական տնտեսությունները, որոնք ապահովում են գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի մեծ մասը:

 

Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հետագա զարգացման համար նախարարը կարևորել է նաև չմշակվող գյուղատնտեսական հողատարածքները շրջանառության մեջ ընդգրկումը, նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրումը, գյուղտեխնիկայի պարկի վերազինումը, ֆերմերների միավորումն ու կոոպերատիվների ստեղծումը, ինչպես նաև օրգանական գյուղատնտեսության խթանումը:

 

Ոլորտի զարգացման կարևորագույն բաղադրիչների թվում նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը մատնանշել է նաև բարձրարժեք գյուղմթերքի արտադրության կազմակերպումն ու արտահանման դիվերսիֆիկացիայի անհրաժեշտությունը: Նախարարը կարևոր է համարել նաև ոլորտում երիտասարդ կադրերի ներգրավումը:

 

Ճապոնիայի դեսպան Ջուն Յամադան իր հերթին մի շարք առաջարկներ ներկայացրեց Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսությնա ոլորտի հետագա զարգացման ուղղությամբ: Մասնավորապես, առաջարկ հնչեց ուսումնասիրել «Մեկ գյուղ, մեկ արտադրանք» ծրագրի իրականացման հնարավորությունը, որը Ճապոնիայում բարեհաջող ընթացք է ունեցել:

 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում առանձին անդրադարձ է կատարվել Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության (JICA) կողմից Հայաստանում իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, որոնց շրջանակում տրամադրվել է անհատույց դրամաշնորհ տեխնիկական միջոցների, սարքավորումների և ծառայությունների ձեռքբերման համար:

 

Քննարկվել է նաև հայկական գյուղմթերքի, մասնավորապես վերամշակված արտադրանքի արտահանման հնարավորությունը դեպի ճապոնական շուկա:
