Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի իրականացրած գործողությունների շրջանակում պարզվել է, որ «Գյումրի-Գարեջուր» ընկերությունն իր արտադրանքը հիմնականում իրացրել է փոխկապակցված ընկերություններին` կիրառելով ոչ շուկայական գներ: Բացի այդ, ստուգումների կազմակերպման և դիտարկման վարչությունից ստացված հաղորդման համաձայն` «Գյումրի-Գարեջուր» ընկերությունը ծառայություններ է ձեռք բերել շրջանառության հարկ վճարող անհատ ձեռնարկատերերից: Մինչդեռ նախնական ուսումնասիրությունը կասկած է հարուցում, որ ծառայություններն իրականում չեն մատուցվել, սակայն նվազեցվել են համախառն եկամտից: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, «Գյումրի-Գարեջուր» ընկերությունը պետական բյուջե պակաս է վճարել շուրջ 360 մլն դրամ, որից մոտ 210 միլիոն դրամ` ակցիզային հարկ, և ավելի քան 150 մլն` շահութահարկ:
Հարկային պարտավորությունների նախնական հաշվարկի համաձայն` «Գյումրի-Գարեջուր» ՍՊ ընկերության կողմից չհաշվարկված հարկի գումարը գերազանցում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի տասնհինգհազարապատիկի չափը: Ուստի, ՊԵԿ իրավախախտումների հայտնաբերման և վարչական վարույթների իրականացման վարչության հետաքննություն բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով` առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկը չվճարելու նպատակով օրենքով սահմանված հաշվետվությունում ակնհայտ կեղծ տվյալ մտցնելու դեպքի առթիվ: Հետաքննության բաժնի և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցների համատեղ գործողությունների ընթացքում դատարանի որոշման հիման վրա կատարված խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են քրեական գործի համար կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող փաստաթղթեր, համակարգիչներ, կրիչներ և հաշվապահական այլ փաստաթղթեր: Հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
