«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վարչապետի հրամանով Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ է նշանակվել Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը, ով ընդամենը ամիսներ առաջ պայքարում էր համակարգում առկա անարդարությունների դեմ:
«Փաստը» ՍԱՊԾ նոր պետի հետ հասցրեց զրուցել նշանակման հենց առաջին իսկ րոպեներին, երբ նա դեռ չէր էլ հասցրել աշխատանքի վայր գնալ: Ասաց, որ նշանակումն իր համար անակնկալ չի եղել, քանի որ տեսչական մարմնի կառավարման խորհրդի նիստին ինքն էլ է մասնակցել: Ինչ ժառանգություն է ստացել նախորդ պետից, դեռ չգիտի: «Դեռ չեմ տիրապետում այն ամբողջական ինֆորմացիային, թե ինչ է կատարվել ծառայությունում: Կգնամ, կտեսնեմ, կպարզվի, թե այս ընթացքում ինչ է փոխվել,
ինչն է մնացել նույնը: Այն ժամանակ էլ եմ ասել, հիմա էլ եմ ասում, որ ոլորտում բացեր կան և հուսով եմ, որ ինձ մոտ կստացվի շատ արագ հասկանալ, թե ինչն ինչոց է և պայքար մղել արատավոր երևույթների դեմ, որոնք դեռ կան»,- ասաց Գ. Ավետիսյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ կադրային ջարդ չի պատրաստվում անել, իսկ նախկին կադրերը, ովքեր այսօր համակարգում չեն, բայց պրոֆեսիոնալ են ու պետք են կառույցին, անպայման կհրավիրվեն աշխատանքի:
«Ժամանակը ցույց կտա, և այն մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց տեղում չեն, այն մարդիկ, ովքեր չեն համապատասխանում տվյալ մասնագիտության պահանջներին և համապատասխան կրթություն և հմտություններ չունեն, նրանք, կարծում եմ, չպետք է աշխատեն այդ հիմնարկում»,- ասաց ՍԱՊԾ նոր պետը: Նա նաև նշեց, որ կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ընդհանուր առմամբ ինչ իրավիճակ է տիրում ողջ հանրապետությունում, իսկ դրա համար հարկավոր է գույքագրել «ժառանգություն» ստացածը:
«Ոլորտի բացերը այդպես չեն մնալու, և ամեն ինչ անելու եմ, որ բոլոր խնդիրները լուծվեն: Անլուծելի խնդիրներ չկան: Ընդամենը հարկավոր է կամք և մասնագիտական ունակություններ: Նշեմ նաև, որ իմ նշանակման մասով ոգևորությունը մի քիչ շատ է, և հույս ունեմ, որ մարդկանց չեմ հիասթափեցնի: Եվ այն պահից, երբ ինձ պաշտոնապես կներկայացնեն որպես ՍԱՊԾ պետ, այդ պահից ակտիվորեն աշխատելու եմ, որպեսզի այն ամենը, ինչի մասին խոսել եմ ժամանակին, և այն ամենն, ինչը քննադատել եմ, իմ աշխատանքով թույլ չտամ, որ նույն բացթողումների ու սխալների համար ինձ քննադատեն: Ես թիմով եմ աշխատելու և կատակով ասեմ՝ պատասխանատվությունը նաև լրագրողների վրա եմ ինչ-որ տեղ թողնելու»,- ասաց Գ. Ավետիսյանը:
