ՀՀ առաջին փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը ստանձնած Արարատ Միրզոյանին Ազգային ժողովում փոխարինեց Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը, ով վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի աներձագն է:

Օրերս Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը հրապարակել է Հակոբյանի՝ իրենց ներկայացված 2018 թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:

Հրաչյա Հակոբյանը հայտարարագրել է երեք անշարժ գույք՝ հողամաս և երկու բնակարան: Որպես շարժական գույք է հայտարարագրել «BMW X5 4.6 IS» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ չի ունեցել ո՛չ դրամական միջոցներ, ո՛չ եկամուտներ:

Հակոբյանը մասնագիտությամբ դերասան է, տարբեր տարիներին աշխատել է Երևանի խամաճիկների պետական և Կամերային երաժշտության թատրոններում: Նկարահանվել է ֆիլմերում:
