Վթարից տուժածները Տուլայի հիվանդանոցներում կմնան մինչև նրանց առողջական վիճակը թույլ կտա տեղափոխվել Հայաստան

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Տուլայի տարածաշրջանի Ուզլովսկի քաղաքի մոտ տեղի ունեցած Մոսկվա-Երևան ուղևորատար ավտոբուսի վթարի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծված հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը և ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը նոյեմբերի 4-ի առավոտյան մասնակցել են Տուլայի նահանգապետ Վլադիմիր Գրուզդևի կազմակերպած խորհրդակցությանը:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում տրվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ՝ հետագա աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու համար: Վթարից անմիջապես հետո ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարության մասնագետների կողմից կազմակերպվել է վիրավորների պատշաճ բուժօգնությունը, ապահովվել է անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքը:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, խորհրդակցությունից հետո Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն ու Արմեն Մուրադյանն այցելել են հիվանդանոցներ, հանդիպել վթարից տուժածներին, տեղում ծանոթացել իրավիճակին: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը իրավիճակի մասին պարբերաբար զեկուցում է Հանրապետության Նախագահին և վարչապետին: Ըստ նախնական պայմանավորվածության՝ վաղը՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից հատուկ չվերթով Երևան կտեղափոխվեն վթարից զոհված ուղևորների աճյունները: Ինքնաթիռով Երևան կտեղափոխվեն նաև այն վիրավորները, որոնց առողջական վիճակը բժիշկների գնահատմամբ թույլ է տալիս մեկնել: Մյուս վիրավորների, այդ թվում՝ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում գտնվողների բուժումը Տուլայի բժշկական հաստատություններում կշարունակվի այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև նրանց առողջական վիճակը ևս թույլ կտա տեղափոխվել Հայաստան:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին` դեպքից ժամեր անց, ՀՀ վարչապետի որոշմամբ Մոսկվա-Երևան երթուղու ավտոբուսի վթարի հետևանքով զոհված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների հուղարկավորության կազմակերպման և տուժած քաղաքացիներին ու նրանց ընտանիքներին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով ստեղծվել է հանձնաժողով, որը գլխավորում է ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը: Նոյեմբերի 3-ի վաղ առավոտից Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն անմիջական կապի մեջ էր ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարար Մաքսիմ Սոկոլովի հետ, ով հայտնել էր, որ իրավիճակը գտնվում է ՌԴ տրանսպորտի նախարարի և Տուլայի նահանգապետի անմիջական վերահսկողության ներքո:

Նոյեմբերի 3-ին հրավիրվել է հանձնաժողովի երկու նիստ, տրվել են համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ։ ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը երեկ երեկոյան մեկնել է Տուլա՝ տեղում համակարգելու աշխատանքները։
