Մասիսի քաղաքապետին նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանին 2-րդ մեղադրանքն է առաջադրվել՝ խուլիգանություն զենքի գործադրմամբ:
Համբարձումյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ապրիլի 22-ին Հայանիստ-Հովտաշատ գյուղերի խաչմերուկում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում քաղաքապետի պաշտպան Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը նշեց, որ իր պաշտպանյալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել առանց որեւէ ապացույցի, պարզապես այն բանի համար, որ նա այնտեղ է եղել:
«Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը բացատրություն է տվել, պատմել, թե ինչ է արել այդ օրն այնտեղ: Նա տեսել է ժողովրդին, կանգնել, զրուցել եւ գնացել: Քանի որ խուլիգանություն անողները դիմակներով են եղել, հավաքվածներն էլ ճանաչել են Դավիթին, որ կանգնել, զրուցել է իրենց հետ, ընդամենը դա են նշել եւ դրա հիման վրա Համբարձումյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով: Շատ ծիծաղելի է, որովհետեւ իմ պաշտպանյալը ոչինչ չի արել, միջադեպն էլ իր ներկայությամբ չի եղել: Այս ամբողջն արվել է, որ երկու գործ իրար միացվի պարզապես»,- ասաց պաշտպանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 22-ին Հայանիստ-Հովտաշատ գյուղերի խաչմերուկում բախում էր տեղի ունեցել, հնչել էին կրակոցներ: Հենց այս գործի շրջանակում էլ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Դավիթ Համբարձումյանին: Խափանման միջոց չի ընտրվել:
