Հայկ Հարությունյանը խորհուրդ է տալիս զբաղվել բիզնեսով արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում և իրացնել առկա ներուժը

Էներգետիկայի հայկական գործակալության հիմնադիր, ՀՀ էնեգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախկին փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը հորդրում է բիզնեսով զբաղվել արևային էներգետիկայի ոլորտում: Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանում առկա է 464 հազար սեփական տուն և 20 հազար բազմաբնակարան շենք, որոնց տանիքներին կարելի է տեղավորել արևային վահանակների մոտ 1500 մեգավատ հզորություն, այս պահին տեղադրվել է ընդամենը 4 մեգավատը: «Շուկան աճելու մեծ տեղ ունի, նոր ընկերությունների մուտքը շուկա ողջունելի է: Այստեղ մրցակցություն չկա, անհրաժեշտ է ընկերությունները համատեղ աշխատեն, որ ավելի մեծ շուկա գրավեն: Անպայման զբաղվեք այս ոլորտով, առանց մասնավոր սեկտորի մասնակցության այս ոլորտի զարգացումը կլինի սահմանափակ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Նա նկատեց, որ այս հարցում պետությունը ևս ունի գործառույթ՝ ստեղծել պայմաններ, որ մասնավորը կատարի ներդրումներ, որը շատ լավ կատարել է, իսկ հաջորդիվ պետք է շարունակական կատարելագործի օրենսդրությունը: «Մենք վերջին տարիների ընթացքում բավականին լավ նախապայմաններ ենք ստեղծել այս ոլորտի զարգացման համար։ Ես շատ եմ հայտարարել, որ արևային էներգետիկայի համար ստեղծել ենք լավագույն օրենսդրությունը: Ներկայում որևէ խոչընդոտ չկա, որ ամեն ընտանիք ու բիզնես իր տանն ու աշխատանքային միջավայրում տեղադրի արևային վահանակներ և էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրի իր կարիքների համար»,-ասաց մասնագետը՝ հավելելով, որ դրա համար ահռելի միջոցներ պետք չեն, այլ անհրաժեշտ է աշխատանքի ճիշտ կազմակերպում:
Իսկ մինչ արևային վահանակների կամ ջրատաքացուցիչների տեղադրումը, Հայկ Հարությունյանը հորդորեց հաշվարկել էլեկտրաէներգիայի ամսական ծախսերը և դրանք կրճատելու ուղղությամբ քայլեր կատարել՝ իրականացնելով էներգախնայողության գործողություններ: Մասնավորապես, նա խորհուրդ տվեց օգտագործել էներգախնայող լամպեր: «Այսօր շուկայում պատկերն այլ է, ինչ երկու-երեք տարի առաջ էր: Ներկայում տեխնոլոգիաները շատացել են, ավելի մատչելի են դարձել»,-նշեց Հայկ Հարությունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ցանկալի է ընդհանրապես արգելել շիկացնող լամպերի ներմուծումը Հայաստան, քանի որ դրանք լրացուցիչ բեռ են, որոնց աշխատանքի օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը (ՕԳԳ) 10 անգամ ավելի քիչ է, քան լեդ լամպերինը:
Հայկ Հարությունյանն անդրադարձավ նաև բազմաբնակարան շենքների տանիքներին վահանակներ տեղադրելու անհրաժեշտությանը: Քանի որ այդ տանիքները մեծամասմբ շենքի բոլոր բնակիչների սեփականությունն են, կարելի է տանիքներում տեղադրվող արևային վահանակներից ստացված էլեկտրաէներգիան օգտագործել վերելակների աշխատանքի, բակային ու ընդհանուր տարածքների լուսավորման համար:
