ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու քաղաքացու՝ գողացված բանկային քարտով գումարի կանխիկացման փորձ կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։

 

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, 2018թ. մայիսի 10-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը տեխնիկական միջոցների գործադրմամբ բացել է Երևան քաղաքի Դեմիրճյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի բակում կայանված «Շեվրոլե» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի դուռը և գողացել քաղաքացու դրամապանակը, որի մեջ եղել են կանխիկ գումար, ավտոմեքենայի տեխնիկական անձնագիրը, նույնականացման քարտ և բանկային քարտեր: Պարզվել է, որ մայիսի 10-ին գողացված բանկային քարտով կատարվել է գումարի կանխիկացման փորձ:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի, 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել է բանկոմատի անվտանգության տեսախցիկների` գողացված բանկային քարտով կատարված գործարքի տեսագրությունը, ենթարկվել զննության:

 

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձանց հայտնաբերելու և նրանց մոտ այլ քաղաքացու բանկային քարտի հայտնվելու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն խնդրում է նշված անձանց ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրանց, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրանց ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
