Մանե Թանդիլյանը հրավիրում է Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի շուրջ աշխատանքային քննարկման
ECONOMICSՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Մանե Թանդիլյանը ցանկացողներին հրավիրում է կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի շուրջ աշխատանքային քննարկման: Այս մասին նախարարը գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում: «Սիրով հրավիրում ենք վաղը 19։00-ին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունում կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի շուրջ աշխատանքային քննարկմանը, որի վերաբերյալ առավել մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար կապ հաստատեք տվյալ քննարկման համակարգող՝ Լևոն Հարությունյանի հետ»,-գրել է նախարար Թանդիլյանը։
Հունիսի 21-ին Ազգային ժողովը երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ եւ ամբողջությամբ ընդունել է «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Դրանով առաջարկվում է հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտնող Պարտադիր կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի ներքո քաղաքացիները վճարեն 2.5, պետությունը՝ 7.5 տոկոս: Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է, որ որդեգրվել է ժամանակավոր լուծում, որն ուղղված է հանգիստ պայմաններում հարցը քննարկելուն և բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի համար կոնսենսուսի հասնելուն:
Մանե Թանդիլյանն էլ հայտնել է, որ համակարգի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունները կամբողջացվեն և Ազգային ժողովի դատին կներկայացվեն աշնանային նստաշրջանում:
Կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի պարտադիր բաղադրիչը վերաբերում է 1974 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից հետո ծնված քաղաքացիներին: Կենսաթոշակային համակարգի կառավարիչները երկուսն են՝ «Ամունդի-Ակբա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ» ՓԲԸ և «Ցե-Կվադրատ Ամպեգա Ասեթ Մենեջմենթ Արմենիա» ՍՊԸ:
