SOCIETYԴեղերը դեղատոմսով բաց թողնելու որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու ժամկետը երկարաձգվում է մինչև 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը՝ բացառությամբ թմրամիջոցներ և հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութեր պարունակող, անվճար կամ արտոնյալ պայմաններով տրվող և հակավարակային (հակաբակտերիային դեղեր, հակասնկային դեղեր, հակամիկոբակտերիային դեղեր, հակավիրուսային դեղեր, իմունային շիճուկներ և իմունոգլոբուլիններ, պատվաստանյութեր) դեղերի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ոորոշումը հաստատվել է կառավարության այսօրվա նիստի ժամանակ:
Հակավարակային՝ անտիբիոտիկ դեղեր բաց թողնելը պետք է շարունակել իրականացնել դեղատոմսով, քանի որ դրանց նկատմամբ զարգացող կայունության հետևանքները լուրջ մարտահրավեր են առողջապահության համակարգի համար: Մինչդեռ հայտնի է, որ դեղակայուն ձևերի առաջացմանը, տարածմանը և պահպանմանը նպաստում է հակամանրէային դեղերի չհիմնավորված և ոչ ռացիոնալ կիրառումը, այդ թվում ինքնաբուժման նպատակով: Ստեղծված իրավիճակն առողջապահական ծախսերի չնախատեսված մեծացման պատճառ է դառնում, այսինքն՝ երբ հիվանդները չեն բուժվում առաջին ընտրության դեղերով, անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում կիրառել առավել նոր սերնդի, թանկարժեք հակաբիոտիկներ, պահանջվում է ավելի երկարատև բուժում մեծամասամբ հիվանդանոցային պայմաններում, որոնք և ենթադրում են ինչպես առանձին ընտանիքների, այնպես էլ ողջ հասարակության առողջապահական ծախսերի բեռի ծանրացում:
Որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց և կիրառվելուց հետո մինչև 2019 թվականի ավարտը կամփոփվի ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի N1402-Ն որոշման կիրառման պրակտիկան, կվերլուծվեն հնարավոր կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը, չարաշահումները, իսկ արդյունքների հիման վրա համապատասխան առաջարկություններ կներկայացվեն կառավարություն: Այդ ընթացքում կքննարկվեն բոլոր դիտողություններն ու առաջարկները՝ ձեռնարկելով որոշման կիրարկման խոչընդոտները հաղթահարելու միջոցառումներ:
Նախորդիվ նախարարությանն այսպիսի առաջարկով դիմել էին նաև մասնագիտական տարբեր միություններ և պացիենտներ:
