«Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը շատ կասկածելի է համարում Ողջիի, Փխրուտի, Արծվանիկի պոչամբարներում կուտակված եւ կուտակվող, ինչպես նաեւ՝ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի գործունեության արդյունքում գոյացած եւ գոյացող արտադրական լցակույտերի մշակման ներդրումային ծրագիրը, քանի որ այն իրականացվում է առանց տեղի համայնքի հետ լսումներ անցկացնելու:
ԱԺ-ում տվյալ հարց քննարկման ժամանակ Փոստանջյանը մասնավորապես հայտարարել է. «Երկու փակված պոչամբար նորից բացվի ու տրվի անհայտ մի կազմակերպության՝ վերամշակման: Այս կասկածելի ծրագիրը, այն էլ օրենքի ընդունման տեսքով, ոչ միայն լուրջ չէ, այլեւ շատ ամոթ է, այն ռուսական ծագումով կապիտալ ունի»:
Նրա խոսքով՝ պոչամբարների վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող «Ալյոտիգ» ընկերության բաժնետերերի անունները կապված են մի շարք հանցագործությունների հետ: «Հայաստանը գոյություն չունի, ՀՀ-ն այլեւս ինչ-որ մի կազմակերպություն է, եւ հիմա՝ Հայաստանի անունից իրավունքներ է տրամադրվում ինչ-որ կազմակերպությունների, որոնք չգիտես ինչով են զբաղվելու: Կոչ եմ անում՝ հետ տանել այս օրենքը, լուրջ վերաբերվել մեր պետական ինստիտուտներին. հասկանում եմ, որ մենք դեռ պետություն չենք դարձել, սակայն ամեն մի քայլով ավելի ենք դա խորացնում: Խոսքս հղում եմ ընդդիմադիր այն գործընկերներին, որոնք դեմ խոսեցին այս նախագծին (խոսքը ԲՀԿ-ի մասին է), հետո կողմ քվեարկեցին: Ամոթ է»,-հայտարարել է Փոստանջյանը:
Ի պատասխան ԱԺ փոխնախագահ, նիստը վարող Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը կատակով արձագանքել է. «Տիկին Փոստանջյան, ձեր խոսքերն ինձ հիշեցնում են «Միմինո» ֆիմը եւ այն հայտնի արտահայտությունը՝ «ու մենյա լիչնայա նեպրիյազն»: Հիմա դուք «լիչնի նեպրիյազն» ունեք ռուսական ամեն ինչի նկատմամբ»:
