Նորավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցում չարաշահումներ են եղել. տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել
SOCIETY«Նորավանի միջնակարգ դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով չարաշահումներ են բացահայտվել:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից տեղեկացնում են, որ դեպքի առթիվ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել դպրոցի տնօրենին:
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Սյունիքի մարզի «Նորավանի միջնակարգ դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրենը 2016-2017թթ. ընկած ժամանակահատվածում դպրոցի էլեկտրիկին միաժամանակ ձևակերպել է նաև դպրոցի բակապահի, վառարան վառողի և պահակի հաստիքներին և իր մոտ պահել նրա աշխատավարձի բանկային քարտը։ Պարզվել է, որ տնօրենն անձամբ բանկոմատից կանխիկացրել է գումարը և առձեռն յուրաքանչյուր ամիս էլեկտրիկին տվել 20.000 դրամ, իսկ մնացած մասը՝ յուրացրել:
Բացի այդ, իրականացված օբյեկտիվ քննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ տնօրենը խոշոր չափերով գումարը յուրացնելու հանգամանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով աշխատանքային պայմանագրի մեջ մտցրել է կեղծ տեղեկություններ՝ ստորագրված աշխատանքային պայմանագրի ժամկետների վերաբերյալ:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ դպրոցի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին (չարաշահելով պաշտնեական դիրքը ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակությունը զգալի չափերով յուրացնելը կամ վատնելը) և 3-րդ կետերի (նույն գործողությունը, որը կատարվել է խոշոր չափերով) և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից շահադիտական նպատակով կեղծ փաստաթղթեր կազմելը կամ հանձնելը) հատկանիշներով:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
