Լոռու մարզպետ Հրանտ Մարգարյանը զարմացած է, թե ինչու են իր և փոխմարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանի հարաբերությունների մասին խոսակցություններ տարածվել, քանի որ բավականին լավ աշխատանքային հարաբերություններ են իրենց միջև: Ավելին, միասին են եղել և՛ պայքարի ժամանակ, և՛ դրանից հետո, և՛ հիմա:

«Չեմ հասկանում, թե այդ ասեկոսեները որտեղից են տարածվում: Այս պահին ես աշխատանքի մեջ եմ և շրջայցերով մեկնել եմ համայնքներ:Միայն կարող եմ նշել, որ մեր հարաբերությունները նորմալ են, որևէ լարվածություն չկա: Ե՛վ մեր կուսակցության առաջնորդ պարոն Ծառուկյանի կողմից, և՛ վարչապետ պարոն Փաշինյանի կողմից հանձնարարվել է պաշտոնները չքաղաքականացնել, և ես այդպես էլ վարվում եմ:

Թավշյա հեղափոխության իմաստը հենց դա է եղել, որ իրավիճակ փոխվի երկրում, ուր պետք է սիրո, համերաշխության, հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտ իշխի: Մենք այսօր հենց այդպես էլ անում ենք, որը կբերի մթնոլորտի բարելավման և վստահության բարձրացման»,- ասաց Հ. Մարգարյանը: 

Լոռու մարզպետը նշեց, որ իր նշանակման պահից այդ գործով է զբաղվում և փոքր համայնքներից սկսած՝ յուրաքանչյուր օր այցելում է տարբեր համայնքներ: Ականջալուր է լինում բոլոր խնդիրներին և փորձում դրանց լուծման համար ուղիներ փնտրել: Եվ այս կարևորագույն գործառույթն իրականացնելու փոխարեն ողջ օրը ստիպված լրատվամիջոցների զանգերին է պատասխանել, քանի որ իրեն անհայտ ինչ-որ տեղից, ինչ-որ մեկն ասեկոսեներ է տարածում և փորձում է խաթարել մարզպետարանի բնականոն աշխատանքը:

Անդրադառնալով երկու ծառայողական մեքենա ունենալու հարցին, նա նշեց, որ ինքը ընդամենը մեկ ծառայողական մեքենա ունի, իսկ մյուսը մարզպետարանի շրջիկ մեքենան է, որը մարզպետարանի բոլոր աշխատակիցներին է ծառայում:
