ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստեղծվել է ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման ստորաբաժանում

Ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման, ընտանեկան բռնության ենթարկված անձանց պաշտպանության և ընտանիքում համերաշխության վերականգնման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի շրջանակներում ոստիկանության գործառույթները ուժի մեջ կմտնեն հունիսի 30-ից: Այս ընթացքում ամբողջ Հանրապետությունում սկսվել են ոստիկանների վերապատրաստման դասընթացները, ինչպես նաև  ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ վարչության կազմում ստեղծվել է  առանձնացված ստորաբաժանում` ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման բաժին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նելլի Դուրյանը նշեց, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը համագործակցելու է սոցիալական աշխատակիցների, հոգեբույժների, առողջապահական կենտրոնների և այլ կառույցների հետ:

 

«Եթե բռնության դեպք է հայտնաբերվում ընտանիքում պաշտպանական միջոցները երեքն են լինելու` նախազգուշացում, անհետաձգելի միջամտություն և  պաշտպանական որոշում: Նախազգուշացումը և անհետազգելի միջամտությունը վերապահված է ոստիկանությանը, իսկ պաշտպանական որոշումը` դատարանին»,- նշեց Դուրյանը:

 

Նելլի Դուրյանը, ներկայացնելով վիճակագրությունը, ասաց, որ Հայաստանում ընտանեկան բռնության դեպքերը նվազել են: «2018 թվականի 5 ամիսներին արձանագրվել է  իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ բռնության 864 դեպք, որից 4 սեռական անձեռնմխելիության և սեռական ազատության դեմ ուղված հանցագործություններն են, 223-ը` ընտանեկան բռնության դեպքերն են: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել է իգական սեռի  ներկայացուցիչների նկատմամբ 842 բռնության դեպք, որից 41-ը սեռական անձեռնմխելիության և սեռական ազատության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործություններն են,  241-ը եղել են ընտանեկան բռնության դեպքերը»,- ասաց Դուրյանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով` 2018-ի 5 ամիսների ընթացքում ամուսնու կողմից կնոջ նկատամամբ բռնության 164 դեպք է գրանցվել, կնոջ կողմից ամուսնու նկատմամբ` 1 դեպք, ծնողի կողմից զավակի նկատմամբ` 10 դեպք, ընտանիքի այլ անդամների կողմից 32 դեպք:
