Վարչապետն ընդունել է ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքների անդամներին
SOCIETYՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է 2016 թվականին ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքների անդամներին և լսել նրանց բարձրացրած խնդիրներն ու մտահոգությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
«Լիարժեք կիսում եմ ձեր վիշտը և կարծում եմ՝ դա բոլորիս վիշտն է, որովհետև ես միշտ եղել եմ այն կարծիքին, որ ներհայաստանյան խնդիրների լուծման առումով մենք չպետք է ունենանք բռնության որևէ դրսևորում: Նաև ուրախ եմ, որ այն հեղափոխությունը, որն իրականացրեցինք, տեղի ունեցավ առանց որևէ բռնության և մի կաթիլ արյան: Ընդհանրապես, երկար ժամանակ Հայաստանում այդ բանավեճը եղել է՝ արդյոք հնարավոր են փոփոխություններ առանց բռնության: Ես միշտ եղել եմ այն կարծիքին, որ դրանք հնարավոր են և ուրախ եմ, որ ի վերջո կարողացանք նաև դա ապացուցել»,- ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ՀՀ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կյանքն իր համար բարձրագույն և բացարձակ արժեք է և խնդիրներն ընկալում է հենց այդպես: «Կարծում եմ, որ մեր գործունեությունը դա ապացուցել է: Մենք կարևոր ենք համարում նաև հանրային համերաշխության վերականգնումը և այդ առումով իրական համերաշխությունն այն է, երբ լսելի են բոլոր կողմերը, լսելի են բոլոր տեսակետները, հաշվի են առնված բոլոր մարդկանց շահերը, հույզերը և զգացմունքները: Այս առումով, կարևոր եմ համարում հանդիպումը և շփումը ձեզ հետ»,- նշել է վարչապետը:
Անդրադառնալով դատական գործընթացին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է. «Ես որպես վարչապետ հայտարարել եմ, որ ընդհանրապես դատարանների գործունեությանը որևէ միջամտություն չեմ ունենալու, որովհետև կարծում եմ, որ դա սխալ է և հենց այդ գործելակերպի պատճառով է նաև, որ մենք բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ենք ունեցել: Բայց ինձ համար կարևոր է նաև, որ մեր երկրում յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու իրավունքը պաշտպանված լինի, իսկ իրավունք ունեն բոլոր քաղաքացիները: Իհարկե, ինքս էլ պրոցեսներին հետևում եմ և իմ քաղաքական դիրքորոշումներն արդեն արտահայտել եմ, որոնք, կարծում եմ, եղել են հավասարակշռված, այսինքն՝ չի եղել մի հայտարարություն, որը հաշվի կառնի քաղաքացիների մի մասի շահերը, իսկ մյուսինը՝ ոչ: Իհարկե, մեր պարտավորությունն է ապահովել քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը, իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը: Ինձ համար կարևոր էր լսել ձեր տեսակետները, դիրքորոշումները, որոնք դատավճիռ չեն կարող դառնալ, որովհետև ես դատավճիռ կայացնող չեմ և ոչ էլ կցանկանամ հայտնվել այդպիսի կարգավիճակում, բայց զուտ ընդհանուր պատկերացում ունենալու համար, թե դուք ինչ եք մտածում այս իրավիճակի մասին, շատ կարևոր էր լսել ձեզ: Եթե հետագայում էլ լինի անհրաժեշտություն՝ պատրաստ եմ կրկին հանդիպել»,- ասել է կառավարության ղեկավարը:
Վարչապետը զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքների անդամներին հորդորել է օգտվել դատավարական իրավունքներից, քանի որ դրանց պաշտպանության տեղը դատարանն է: «Այն մարմիններին, որոնք ենթարկվում են վարչապետին, կտամ հանձնարարականներ, որպեսզի ձեր բարձրացրած որոշ խնդիրներով զբաղվեն: Կիսում եմ ձեր և տարբեր պատճառներով մեր հանրության մեջ առկա ցավը: Ցավոք, մեր երկրում կան շատ խնդիրներ և հույս ունեմ, որ այս իրավիճակում կկարողանանք բոլորս գալ ժողովրդի, պետության, օրինականության շահերից բխող եզրակացությունների և լուծումների»,- եզրափակել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
