Արտյոմ Մխոյանը «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿՀ-ի աշխատակիցներին հորդորել է առավել ուշադիր լինել զննություն իրականացու հարցում
SOCIETYՔրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, արդարադատության գնդապետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանն հունիսի 28-ին այցելել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ՝ քրեակատարողական ծառայության նախանշած խնդիրներն ու դրանց լուծման ուղղությունները տեղայնացնելու անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԾ հանրային կապերի բաժնից, հիմնարկի ղեկավար անձնակազմի ուղեկցությամբ Մխոյանը շրջել է հիմնարկում՝ ծառայողների աշխատասենյակներում, խոհանոցում, բուժկետում, գրադարանում, զբոսահրապարակում, նկուղային հարկում:
Շրջայցի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել մի շարք խնդիրների, որոնց լուծումը էապես կբարելավի ծառայության գործունեությունը: Այցելելով հանձնուքների ընդունման սենյակ՝ Մխոյանը հատուկ շեշտել է «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի առանձնահատկությունը և հորդորել աշխատակիցներին առավել ուշադիր լինել զննություն իրականացնելիս: Բնակելի գոտում ծառայության պետը հանդիպել է որոշ կալանավորված անձանց և դատապարտյալների հետ: Վերջիններս դրական են արձագանքել ծառայության պետի հարցադրումներին:
Այնուհետ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի և ղեկավար անձնակազմի մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել աշխատանքային քննարկում, որի շրջանակներում ծառայության պետը, նշելով ծառայության լուրջ և բարդ գործառույթների իրականացումը, տվել է հասցեական հանձնարարականներ՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում նոր և արդյունավետ գործիքակազմ կիրառելու, ծառայող-ազատազրկված անձ միջանձնային փոխհարաբերությունները բարոյականության նորմերին համահունչ ձևավորելու, անազատության մեջ պահվող անձանց վերասոցիալականացման գործընթացի նկատմամբ արհեստական մոտեցումները բացառելու, ինչպես նաև նրանց պահման պայմանները հնարավորինս բարելավվելու ուղղությամբ:
Անդրադառնալով անձնակազմի արհեստավարժությանը՝ Ա. Մխոյանը առանձնակի կարևորել է անձնակազմի մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման և որակավորման բարձրացման հարցերը: Ամփոփելով քննարկումը՝ Ա. Մխոյանը հորդորել է գործել օրենքի տառին համահունչ, պատվով կրել համազգեստը՝ հասարակության մեջ բարձր պահելով քրեակատարողական ծառայողի հեղինակությունն ու պատիվը:
