Ուսանողը դժգոհում է, համալսարանը` պարզաբանում. «Փաստ»
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մանկավարժական համալսարանի Կենսաբանության, քիմիայի և աշխարհագրության ֆակուլտետի հեռակա բաժնի մի ուսանող «Փաստ»–ին ահազանգել էր ուսման վարձի վերաբերյալ առկա խնդրի մասին:
Ըստ ուսանողի` իրեն պարտավորեցրել են վճարել ուսման վարձը: Թույլատրել են մասնակցել երկու քննություններին, եթե, իր դիմումի համաձայն, վճարած լինի վարձավճարից մի որոշակի մաս: Իսկ եթե միջանկյալ քննության վերջին օրը` հուլիսի 4–ին, ամբողջ գումարը վճարած չլինի, իրավունք չի ունենա մասնակցել:
Հարցի շուրջ պարզաբանում ստացանք Մանկավարժական համալսարանից: ՀՊՄՀ Լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունը պարզաբանման մեջ նախ նշել է, որ ուսանողը, ըստ համալսարանի հետ կնքված պայմանագրի, պետք է երկրորդ կիսամյակի ուսման վարձը վճարեր մինչև հունիսի 15–ը, սակայն նա իր պայմանագրային պարտավորությունը չի կատարել:
«Համալսարանը ուսանողի հետ փորձում է գտնել խնդրի լուծման տարբերակներ, բայց նրան ազատել ուսման վարձը վճարելու պարտավորությունից հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ նմանատիպ խնդիր կառաջանա մնացած բոլոր ուսանողների հետ, իսկ համալսարանի բյուջեն գոյանում է բացառապես ուսման վարձերի շնորհիվ: Նկատենք, որ Մանկավարժական համալսարանում ուսման վարձը հանրապետությունում ամենացածրն է: Այս պահին ուսանողուհուն տրվել է հնարավորություն` վճարել խորհրդանշական գումար՝ 20–30 հազար դրամ, և պարտավորվել մինչև ուսումնական տարվա ավարտը վճարել պարտք մնացած գումարը: Դրանից հետո նա կարող է մասնակցել քննություններին: Բայց հաջորդ կուրս տեղափոխվել գումարային պարտքով ուսանողը չի կարող»:
