ՊՆ-ում քննարկել են սահմանամերձ համայնքների խնդիրները

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում այսօր՝ հունիսի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել սահմանամերձ համայնքներում համակարգման ենթակա հարցերի լուծման նպատակով ստեղծված միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից:

 

Հանձնաժողովի անդամները քննարկել են հուլիսի 8-ին Մոսկվայում կայանալիք բիզնես ֆորումի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները, որի ընթացքում ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարարների եւ արտադրողների հետ քննարկվելու են Հայաստանի սահմանամերձ համայնքներում ներդրումների ու արտադրամասերի կառուցման վերաբերյալ հարցեր ու առաջարկներ։ Դրանք կնպաստեն սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակչության զբաղվածության ապահովմանը, իսկ ներդրողների համար կդառնան արդյունավետ բիզնեսի աղբյուր։

 

 

 

Նշվել է նաեւ, որ անցնող տարում գործուն քայլեր են ձեռնարկվել սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի անվտանգության ապահովման, գործարար միջավայրի ձեւավորման, շրջկենտրոնների եւ սահմանամերձ համայնքների միջեւ առկա զարգացման անհամամասնության հնարավորինս կրճատման, առկա սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ:

 

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդգծել է, որ հանձնաժողովի համար առաջնային կարեւորության հարցը սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների անվտանգության ապահովումն է: Դավիթ Տոնոյանը կարեւորել է նաեւ սոցիալական հաջողված նախաձեռնություններին զուգահեռ ներդրումային կոնկրետ ծրագրերի ապահովումն ու սահմանամերձ համայնքներում նպաստավոր գործարար միջավայրի ստեղծումը:
