ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր մի շարք ծանր մեղադրանքներով կալանավորված Մանվել Գրիգոորյանի կնոջը՝ Նազիկ Ամիրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար:

Բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Ն. Ամիրյանը Մանվել Գրիգորյանի և մի խումբ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի Լճափնյա փողոցի 28 և 30 հասցեներում գտնվող առանձնատներում մինչև 2018 թվականի հունիսի 16-ը ապօրինի կերպով պահել է ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող ընդհանուր 17606 հատ տարբեր տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, 20 հատ «Փ-1» տեսակի ձեռքի բեկորային մարտական նռնակ, 20 «УЗРГМ-2» տեսակի մարտական պայթուցիչներ, 18 հատ կրակոցներ՝ իրենց բաղկացուցիչ մաս կազմող 13 մեկնարկային վառոդային լիցքերով, հրազեն հանդիսացող 40մմ տրամաչափի «РПГ-7В» տեսակի նռնականետ, որոնք հայտնաբերվել են նշված առանձնատներում 2018թ.-ի հունիսի 16-ին կատարված խուզարկություններով:
