Հաջորդ տարվանից առաջին դասարանցիների գրանցման հայտերը կլինեն բացառապես էլեկտրոնային: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում տեղեկացրել է ՀՀ կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը` նշելով, որ այս միջոցով կբացառվեն կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերը, եւ տնօրենները հնարավորություն չեն ունենա լիցենզիայով թույլատրվածից ավելի թվով աշակերտ ընդունել:
«Որոշ տնօրեններ իրենց թույլատրված սահմաններից ավելի աշակերտներ են փորձում ընդունել առաջին դասարաններ, եւ ակնհայտ է դարձել, սա նաեւ համակարգային խնդիր է: Հիմա ընթացիկ հարցերը փորձում ենք լուծել, բայց հաջորդ տարվանից կունենանք համակարգային լուծում, այն է՝ այլեւս որեւէ տնօրեն առնչություն չի ունենա առաջին դասարանցիների ընդունելության հետ: Կլինի առցանց համակարգ՝ կայք. սեպտեմբերից առաջին դասարանցու ծնողը կմտնի տվյալ կայք, կբացի կոնկրետ դպրոցի էջը, եւ այնտեղ գրված կլինի, թե որքան թափուր տեղ կա առաջին դասարանցիների համար: Դիցուք, կլինի 38 տեղ, ծնողն իր անունը եւ երեխայի անունը կլրացնի, այնուհետեւ տնօրենները կիրականացնեն ընդունելություն»,- ասել է նախարարը:
Արայիկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով, երբ այլեւս տեղեր չեն լինի, որեւէ մեկը՝ ո՛չ ծնողը, ո՛չ էլ տնօրենը, չեն կարողանա չափից ավելի շատ աշակերտների գրանցել կայքում:
«Կայքը գրեթե պատրաստ է, հիմա իրավական հիմքն է նախապատրաստվում, եւ արդեն հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին, երբ ժամկետ կսահմանվի ընդունելության համար, ծնողները կմտնեն կայք եւ կգրանցեն երեխաներին»,- ասել է նախարարը:
Ըստ նրա՝ կան որոշ «օլիգարխ» դպրոցներ, որոնք չափից դուրս շատ աշակերտների են ներգրավում, իսկ նախարարությունը կամ տեսչությունը, հաշվի առնելով այդ տնօրենների կապերն այս կամ այն պաշտոնյաների հետ, չէին կարողանում զրկել նման հնարավորությունից, ինչի արդյունքում մյուս դպրոցները թերբեռնված են լինում՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր բացասական հետեւանքներով:
«Այս լուծումը գտել ենք, ամբողջը կլինի էլեկտրոնային: Այն ծնողները, որոնք հնարավորություն չեն ունենա էլեկտրոնային գրանցմանը մասնակցել, կարող են դիմել հատուկ կենտրոններ, որտեղ նրանց կօգնեն այդ հարցում»,- հավելել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։
