ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակետային գնդի գրավման ժամանակ զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքների անդամները իրենց մտահոգություն են հայտնել արդարադատության հետ կապված: Անդրադառնալով հունիսի 28-ին ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ զոհված ոստիկանների ընտանիքների անդամների հետ հանդիպմանը, այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Մտահոգություններ կային հարազատների մոտ՝ արդյոք արդարադատություն կիրականացվի, թե կլինի քաղաքական դատավարություն և քաղաքական որոշումներ: Բնականաբար, մեր հավաստիացումը այն էր, որ պետք է իրականացվի արդարադատություն»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց վարչապետը:
Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է հավատալ, որ և դատարանները, և դատավարության ներգրավված մյուս սուբյեկտները ամեն ինչ ճիշտ են անում և անում են իրենց իրավասությունների շրջանակներում՝ օրինականությունը պաշտպանելու նկատառումով:
