Ադրբեջանում 161 նորապսակների մոտ սիֆիլիս է հայտնաբերվել

Ադրբեջանում «Նորապսակների բժշկական քննություն անցնելու կանոնների» համաձայն` այս տարվա հունիսի 1-ից մինչ այժմ 63800 բժշկական քննություն անցած ամուսնանալ ցանկացողներից 161-ի մոտ սիֆիլիս է հայտնաբերվել:
Այս մասին, report.az լրատվական կայքին հայտնել է Ադրբեջանի արյունաբանության եւ արյան փոխներարկման գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Զոհրա Ալիմիրզոեւան:
Նրա խոսքով` պարզվել է, որ քննության ենթարկվածներից 4213 մարդ տալասեմիայի (արյան հիվանդություն) կրողներ են:
«Նրանք այդ մասին տեղեկացվել են: Նրանց մեջ եղել նաեւ նրանք, ովքեր չեն ամուսնացել: Հետազոտությունների արդյունքներն ուղարկվել են այն բժշկական հաստատություններ, որտեղ նրանք գրանցված են: Դրա հետ միասին հետազոտությունները սկսելու օրվանից 32 զույգի մոտ (եւ տղայի, եւ աղջկա) մոտ տալասեմիա է հայտնաբերվել», -նշել է նա:
Ինստիտուտի տնօրենը հավելել է, որ վերջին 5 ամիսներին 45 ամուսնացող երիտասարդների մոտ ՄԻԱՎ է հայտնաբերվել, իսկ 161-ի մոտ` սիֆիլիս:
Ադրբեջանում ընդունված` «Ընտանեական օրենսգրքի մեջ փոփոխության մասին» օրենքի` հունիսի 1-ից գործողության դրվելուց հետո, այդ երկրի ամուսնանալ ցանկացող քաղաքացիները պարտադիր կարգով պետք է անվճար բժշկական քննություն անցնեն:
Զոհրա Ալիմիրզաեւան հայտնել է, որ բժշկական քննություն անցկացնելու գլխավոր նպատակը ամուսնացածների մոտ, հատկապես, տալասեմիայով հիվանդ երեխաներ ծնվելու կանխումն է:
«Ժառանգական արյան հիվանդություն կրողները գործնականում առողջ մարդիկ են համարվում: Սակայն, եթե ընտանիք կազմող զույգերից երկուսն էլ տալասեմիայի կրող են, այդ ժամանակ նրանցից ծնվող երեխաների 50 տոկոսը եւս այդ հիվանդության կրող են դառնում: Եթե նման անձինք ընտանիք են կազմում, հղիության 12-18 շաբաթներում սաղմից անալիզ է վերցվում: Եթե երեխան հիվանդ է լինում, նրա ծնունդը խորհուրդ չի տրվում», -ասել է Ալիմիրզաեւան:
Արյան հյալ հիվանդությունները հանդիսանում են Ադրբեջանում տարածված` հարազատական ամուսնությունների բացասական հետեւանքներից մեկը: Ադրբեջանի պրոֆեսոր Էլխան Ռասուլովի համաձայն` Ադրբեջանում արյունով հարազատական ամուսնությունների հաճախականությունը կազմում է 18-19 տոկոս, ինչի արդյունքում, նման ընտանիքներում ծնված երեխաները տառապում են տարբեր անբուժելի հիվանդություններով: Մասնավորապես, Ադրբեջանի բնակչության 8 տոկոսը տալասեմիայի կրողներ են հանդիսանում:
Ադրբեջանի արյունաբանության եւ արյան փոխներարկման կլինիկական ինստիտուտի գլխավոր բժիշկ Իսքանդեր Բագիրովի տվյալներով` Ադրբեջանում մոտ 800 հազար մարդ հանդիսանում են տալասեմիայի պոտենցիալ կրողներ: Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի սոցիալական քաղաքականության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Խադը Ռաջաբլին, իր հերթին, նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանում ամեն տարի տալասեմիայով հիվանդ 200, հեմոֆիլիայով (արյան անմակարդելիություն) հիվանդ 300 երեխաներ են ծնվում:
Տալասեմիայով, հեմոֆիլիայով եւ այլ գենետիկ հիվանդություններով հիվանդների սպառնացող աճը կանգնեցնելու նպատակով Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը 2014 թվականին օրենք է ստորագրել, որի համաձայն, ամուսնանալ ցանկացող անձինք պարտավոր են բժշկական քննություն անցնել:
