SOCIETYՀայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին հակառակորդի զինված ուժերի ակտիվ գործողությունները այնտեղ ապրող բնակիչների շրջանում ատելության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը միտված քայլեր են:
Այս մասին հուլիսի 3-ին տեղի ունեցած մամուլի ասուլիսում լրագրողներին հայտնեց Պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ ԱրծրունՀովհաննիսյանը:
«Սա Ադրբեջանի առջև դրված ռազմավարական խնդիր է: Նրանք ձգտում են Նաիջևանի բնակչության ատելության մակարդակը հասցնել Ադրբեջանի մյուս հատվածներում ապրող մարդկանց ատելության մակարդակին: Ադրբեջանցիներն այդտեղ նույնքան լարված ու ատելությամբ լցված չեն, որքան, օրինակ, Տավուշի հատվածում: Սակայն, հաշվի առնելով Նախիջևանի կարևորությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ու մայրաքաղաք Երևանի անվտանգության տեսանկյունից, մենք այստեղ ամրացրել, ամրացնում ու ամրացնելու ենք մեր անվտանգությունն ու պաշտպանությունը»,- ասաց Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը:
ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակը հայտնել է, որ Նախիջևանի հատվածում արտառոց բան տեղի չի ունենում: Նույն գործողությունները եղել են նաև 10 տարի առաջ Տավուշի հատվածում և 20 տարի առաջ` Արցախում:
«Հակառակորդը փորձում է միջդիրքային տարածությունները կրճատել, դիրքերն իրար մոտեցնել, ինչը, իհարկե, մեծացնում է ռիսկը, որ մեկ դիրքից մյուսը հրաձգային զինատեսակով կարող է հասանելի դառնալ: Դա իր հերթին ստեղծում է որոշակի լարվածություն, բայց այնպես չէ, որ այս գործողությունները սկսել է հակառակորդը, կամ մենք պասիվ ու քնած ենք եղել»,- նշեց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Արցախի և Նախիջևանի սահմանին ադրբեջանական ուժերի կուտակումը, Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով, տարբեր պատճառներ կարող է ունենալ, և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի գործողություններում միայն մեկ նպատակ տեսնելը տեղին չէ:
«Առաջնագծում վերջին մեկ ու կես տարվա ընթացքում հակառակորդը շատ չի կրակում, և, եթե սրան գումարենք ակտիվ տեղաշարժերը, ապա կարող է լինել ինչ-որ խոշոր ծրագիր: Զուտ ռազմագիտության տեսանկյունից սրանք դիմացինի ուշադրությունը բթացնելու ու սեփական զորքերը պատրաստելու քայլեր են»,- ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը:
Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ լայնածավալ պատերազմի վերսկսման վտանգն այս պահին այնքան մեծ չէ, որքան մեկ ամիս առաջ, սակայն ցանկացած պահի պետք է պատրաստ լինել իրավիճակի փոփոխություններին:
