Յունիբանկը կզիջի քաղաքացիների վարկերի նկատմամբ հաշվարկված տույժերն ու տուգանքները

Յունիբանկը որոշում է կայացրել զիջել իր հաճախորդ ֆիզիկական անձանց անհուսալի վարկերի նկատմամբ հաշվարկված և բանկի արտահաշվեկշռում արտացոլված տույժերն ու տուգանքները: Որոշումը ներառում է 2018թ.-ի մայիսի 31-ի դրությամբ 271 և ավելի օր ժամկետանց վարկերը, որոնք հաշվարկված են բանկի արտահաշվեկշռում:
Գործընթացը կազմակերպելու նպատակով նշված վարկառուներին անհրաժեշտ է սեղմ ժամկետներում դիմել բանկի գլխամասային գրասենյակ կամ ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ և ներկայացնել համապատասխան դիմում, որի համաձայն բանկը կների տույժերն ու տուգանքները, իսկ վարկի մնացորդի և տոկոսագումարի համար կսահմանի մարման նոր ժամանակացույց: Ըստ էության, նոր ժամանակացույցով նախկին ժամկետանց վարկերը մարող բոլոր հաճախորդներին այս մոտեցումն իրենց վարկային պատմությունը վերականգնելու և հետագայում նոր վարկերից օգտվելու հնարավորություն կընձեռի:
Չնայած հարկային օրենսգրքում կատարված վերջին փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են միայն ֆիզիկական անձանց վարկերին, Յունիբանկն առաջնորդվելով իր հաճախորդների շահերի առավելագույնս պաշտպանելու սկզբունքով և ձեռնարկատիրությանը խթանելու անհրաժեշտությամբ, պատրաստակամ է վարկերի վերակառուցում իրականացնել նաև անհատ ձեռներեցների և ՓՄՁ-ների համար` սահմանելով նրանց բիզնեսի առանձնահատկություններին և սեզոնայնությանը համապատասխան մարման ավելի ճկուն ժամանակացույց:
«Նման հաճախորդամետ քաղաքականություն Յունիբանկն իրականացնում է երկար տարիներ: Մենք ողջունում ենք կառավարության` օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների իրականացումը, քանի որ այն հնարավորություն տվեց բանկին էլ ավելի ընդլայնել այս մոտեցումը և այն ավելի մասշտաբային դարձնել` ներելով տարիների ընթացքում կուտակված տույժն ու տուգանքները: Մեր հաշվարկով, բանկի զիջման ենթակա գումարը կկազմի մոտ 1,5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, որի շնորհիվ մեր հաճախորդները հնարավորություն կստանան կազմելու մարման նոր ժամանակացույց և հետագայում ևս վարկավորվելու առանց խնդիրների», - նշեց Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահի տեղակալ, Իրավական սպասարկման և ժամկետանց պարտավորությունների հետբերման գծով տնօրեն Օվսաննա Առաքելյանը:
