Սևանա լճում և այնտեղ թափվող գետերում ժամանակավորապես կդադարեցվի ձկան և խեցգետնի որսը

ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարար Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը, ղեկավարվելով «Կենդանական աշխարհի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 6-րդ հոդվածի «է» կետով, ինչպես նաև հիմք ընդունելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2002 թվականի օգոստոսի 8-ի N 1237-Ն որոշման հավելվածի 7-րդ կետի «ա» ենթակետը, 12-րդ կետի «դ» ենթակետը և ՀՀ ԳԱԱ կենդանաբանության և հիդրոէկոլոգիայի գիտական կենտրոնի 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 29-ի N2459-16 1 գրությունը, սույն թվականի նոյեմբերի 4-ին ստորագրել է «Սևանա լճում ձկան բնական վերարտադրության ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվող միջոցառումների մասին» թիվ 320-Ա հրամանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հրամանում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

1. Իշխան և Սիգ ձկնատեսակների ձվադրման ժամանակահատվածում ձկների բնական վերարտադրությունն ապահովելու նպատակով 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 25-ը և 2016 թվականի հունվարի 6-ից մինչև հունվարի 20-ը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցնել Սևանա լճում և այնտեղ թափվող գետերում  ձկան և խեցգետնի որսը:

 2 «Սևան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Ա. Գնդոյանին`

1) մինչև ս/թ նոյեմբերի 18-ն ապահովել Սևանա լճից ձկնորսության և խեցգետնորսության համար նախատեսված բոլոր որսագործիքների,  լողամիջոցների ինչպես նաև ժամանակավոր կացարանների դուրս բերումը,

2) շրջիկ հսկողություն իրականացնել Սևանա լճի առափնյա տարածքներում և գետաբերաններում,

3) կազմակերպել ստուգայցեր Սևանա լճի վրա` համագործակցելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմի բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային ոստիկանության, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի և համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ:

3. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմի բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության պետ Հ.Գալստյանին.

1) ապահովել մասնակցությունը սույն հրամանի 2-րդ կետում նախատեսված աշխատանքներին,

2) կազմակերպել ստուգայցեր Սևանա լիճը գոտևորող մայրուղիներում, քաղաքային շուկաներում, Սևանա լիճ թափվող գետերի վրա»:
