Ամուլսարի թնջուկը. բարդ խնդիր՝ Փաշինյանի համար
SOCIETYՎարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել է անձամբ այցելել Ամուլսար: Նման որոշումը սպասելի էր մի շարք հանքամանքներից ելնելով: Նախ, պետք է նշել, որ վարչապետը նման որոշում է կայացրել այն բանից հետո, երբ Ամուլսարում արդեն մեկ շաբաթից ավել ցույց անող երիտասարդ ակտիվիստները որոշակի կշտամբանքով խոսեցին Փաշինյանի՝ իրենց չաջակցելու փաստի վերաբերյալ: Ակտիվիստները նաև հիշեցրին վարչապետին, որ ապրիլին ծայր առած պայքարի ողջ ընթացքում նրանք Փաշինյանի կողքին էին: Հետևաբար, ստեղծվել էր այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որ Ամուլսար չգնալ Փաշինյանն ուղղակի չէր կարող, հակառակ դեպքում՝ կստացվեր, որ նա «քցում» է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր նպաստել են թավշյա հեղափոխության հաղթանակին: Փաշինյանը գնաց՝ ապացուցելու համար, որ դա այդպես չէ: Սակայն նա գնաց նաև այլ պատճառով: Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ Ամուլսարն այս պահին երկրի միակ թեժ կետն է, որտեղ դեռևս շարունակվում է բողոքը՝ այս կամ այն դրսևորումներով: Այստեղ իրավիճակի կայունացումը բխում է առաջին հերթին հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերից, հատկապես, երբ նա իր ելույթներում հաճախ է ակնարկել, որ Ամուլսարի ցույցերն իրականում սաբոտաժ են կառավարության նկատմամբ:
Եվ այժմ հարց է առաջանում՝ Փաշինյանը տեղյա՞կ է՝ ով կամ ովքեր են կանգնած այդ սաբոտաժի թիկունքում և մեկնում է Ամուլսար՝ ցույց տալու, որ նրանց մոտ ոչինչ չի՞ ստացվի, թե՞ նա մեկնում է Ամուլսար՝ սաբոտաժը կազմակերպողներին վեր հանելու նպատակով: Իրականում շատ հավանական է, որ այստեղ ոչ մի սաբոտաժ էլ չկա: Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է՝ արտասահմանյան հսկան միլիարդներ է ներդրել հանքի մեջ և այժմ որևէ կերպ չի պատրաստվում հրաժարվել իր ներդրումներից և պոտենցիալ շահույթից: Հակառակն առնվազն տարօրինակ կլիներ:
Մյուս կողմից՝ ոչ պակաս տարօրինակ կլիներ, եթե Ամուլսարի և Հայաստանի բնության պահպանությամբ մտահոգ մեր քաղաքացիները ձեռքները ծալած նայեին, թե ինչպես է Ջերմուկի մաքուր օդից և բուժիչ ջրից մնում միայն վառ հիշատակը: Այլ բան է, որ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունն այս պահին երկու քարի արանքում է հայտնվել: Նախկին իշխանություններն այնպիսի պայմաններով են Լիդիանին հրավիրել երկրի ընդերքը թալանելու, որ մեծագույն ցանկության դեպքում անգամ վերոնշյալ թալանչիներին դուռը ցույց տալը երկրի վրա միլլիոնների հասնող տույժ ու տուգանքներ է արժենալու: Այսինքն՝ դա պայմանագրային պարտավորություն է, որին համաձայնություն են տվել նախկին իշխանությունները, և որին պատանդ է նոր կառավարությունը: Հետևաբար, Փաշինյանի համար օրակարգային է դարձել կարճ ժամանակամիջոցում գտնել կոնսենսուս, ինչը, եկեք ընդունենք՝ բարդ խնդիր է…
