Կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների բացահայտումներն ուղղորդված գործողություններ չեն. Արարատ Միրզոյան
POLITICSՀարցին, թե երբևէ հավատացել եք, որ նման ցուցահանդեսի ականատես կլինեք, Ա. Միրզոյանը պատասխանեց. «Անկեղծ ասեմ, ես իմ կյանքում միշտ վստահ եմ եղել, որ նման՝ հեղափոխությանը նվիրված ցուցահանդես է լինելու, բայց չգիտեի, թե այդ օրը ե՞րբ է գալու»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հեղափոխության օրերին եղած ամենազգացմունքային պահերին, Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշեց.
«Ամենաէմոցիոնալ պահերից մեկն այն էր երբ քայլարշավից հետո մտանք Ազատության հրապարակ: Ինձ հետաքրքիր էր, թե որքան մարդ է լինելու այդտեղ, ի վերջո մեր քայլարշավը որքան մարդու կարողացավ հավատ, վստահություն առաջացնել, և պատկերն իսկապես տպավորիչ, հուզիչ էր: Երկրորդ հուզիչ դրվագն այն էր՝ երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն սկսեց արտասանել «Իմ քայլը» երգի բառերը»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին, որ նախկին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները շարունակում են պնդել, որ սա հեղափոխություն չէր, այլ իշխանափոխություն էր, Միրզոյանը կես կատակ, կես լուրջ ասաց. «Իրենք չեն տիրապետում իրավիճակ»:
Խոսելով «թավշա հեղափոխությունից» հետո կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների բացահայտումների և դրանց վերաբերյալ նախկին իշխանությունների արձագանքների մասին, առաջին փոխվարչապետը նշեց, որ դրանք ուղղորդված գործողություններ չեն:
«Բացահայտվում են գողոններ, միլիոնների թալաններ մարդկանց կողմից, ովքեր եղել են նախկին իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչներ և այնպես է ստացվել, որ եղել Հանրապետական կուսակցության ղեկավար անձիք: Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր թալանել են, ստացվում է պաշտոնյաներ կամ ՀՀԿ-ականներ են եղել»,- ասաց նա:
Արարատ Միրզոյանի դժվարացավ հստակ թիվ նշել, թե բացահայտումներ արդյունքում որքան գումար է վերադարձվել բյուջե, բայց ասաց, որ դեռ շատ կլինեն: Առաջին փոխվարչապետը, սակայն, իրատեսական չի համարում այն գնահատականները, որ հնարավոր է արտաքին պարտքը մարել բացահայտումներից վերադարձված գումարներով:
