Չարաշահումներ Երևանի թիվ 16 պոլիկլինիկայում. պատճառված վնասը վերականգնվել է, բացահայտվել են նոր հանցավոր դեպքեր
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ Երևանի թիվ 16 պոլիկլինիկայում տեղի ունեցած մի շարք չարաշահումների հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, ևս մեկը գտնվում է կասկածյալի կարգավիճակում։!
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, նախնական քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենը տեղամասային մանկաբույժին 2015 թվականի հունվարից մինչև 2018 թվականի ապրիլ ամիսը ներառյալ ձևակերպել է նույն պոլիկլինիկայի մանկական բաժանմունքի վարիչի պաշտոնակատարի հաստիքի վրա և յուրացման եղանակով հափշտակել աշխատավարձի գումարը՝ 3.200.000 ՀՀ դրամ։
Բացի այդ, բազմակողմանի քննությամբ պարզվել են հանցավոր դրսևորման այլ դրվագներ ևս, մասնավորապես՝ աշխատանքի նշանակվելու համար կաշառք պահանջելու վերաբերյալ։
Պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենը հուլիսի 2-ին վերականգնել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործությամբ պատճառված վնասը՝ ՔԿ դեպոզիտ հաշվին փոխանցելով 3.500.000 ՀՀ դրամ։
Նշված քրեական գործով հուլիսի 5-ի դրությամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 4 անձի, ևս մեկ կասկածյալի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, և ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում են կատարվել ակտիվ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ բացահայտված դեպքերի բոլոր դրվագների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, հնարավոր հանցավոր այլ դրսևորումները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ թիվ 16 պոլիկլինիկայում հնարավոր է տեղի են ունեցել կաշառքի դրսևորման այլ դեպքեր ևս, և կոչ ենք անում քաղաքացիներին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին հայտնել իրենց հայտնի դեպքերի մասին։ Միաժամանակ պարզաբանում ենք, որ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, կարող են կիրառվել քրեական պատասխանատվությունից ազատող, պատիժն ու պատասխանատվությունը մեղմացնող քրեական օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված նորմերը։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
