POLITICSՀեղափոխություն տեղի է ունեցել, որովհետև դուք եք փոխվել: Հուլիսի 7-ին «Ժողովրդավարության, անվտանգության և արտաքին քաղաքականության» ֆորումի մասնակից երիտասարդների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
«Մարդիկ, ովքեր այսօր քայլում են փողոցում, տարբեր են այն մարդկանցից, ովքեր քայլում էին ամիսներ առաջ: Պետք է կույր լինել` չտեսնելու համար, որ նրանց աչքերում լույս ու հավատ կա ապագայի նկատմամբ»,-ասաց հանրապետության նախագահը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը ՄԱՀՀԻ-ի (Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտ) 3-րդ ֆորումի հատուկ նիստի հյուրն էր: Նիստի սկզբում նախագահն անդրադարձավ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին փոփոխություններին ու դրանցում կարևորեց երիտասարդների ունեցած դերը:
«Կան տարբեր վերնագրեր՝ «Թավշյա հեղափոխություն», «Նոր Հայաստան», բայց լավագույն բնորոշումներից մեկը «Երիտասարդ Հայաստան»-ն է, որովհետև այս ամենի մեջ կա երիտասարդության գաղափարը, որը հավատ է ապագայի նկատմամբ»,- նշեց Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց նաև երիտասարդների հարցերին: Արցախյան խնդրի լուծումը նախագահը տեսնում է բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորման ճանապարհով:
«Արցախի լուծման հարցում ուժային լուծումները ընդունելի չեն: Ցանկացած ուժային լուծում լինելու է ողբերգական բոլոր կողմերի համար: Միակ լուծման ճանապարհը խաղաղ բանակցություններն են»,- նշեց Սարգսյանը:
Արմեն Սարգսյանն անդրադարձավ իր կողմից նախաձեռնած օրենսդրական որոշ փոփոխությունների իրականացմանը, որոնք վերաբերում են ՀՀ նախագահի խորհրդականների թվի ավելացմանը:
«Օրենքում գրված է, որ հանրապետության նախագահը չի կարող անվճար երկուսից ավելի խորհրդական ունենալ և ձեր նման երիտասարդներին հրավիրել ու լսել նրանց խորհուրդները: Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ կան, որոնք կարող են փայլուն խորհրդական լինել ու այս փոփոխությունները հնարավորություն կտան նախագահի աշխատանքը դարձնել ավելի արդյունավետ»,- ասաց Արմեն Սարգսյանը:
