SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 2018թ. հուլիսի 7-ին Գառնիում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ. ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց շրջանակը հստակեցվում է։
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ 2018 թվականի լույս հուլիսի 7-ի գիշերը ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով Գառնիի սարերից գառներ են գողացել: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։
Անասնագոմի աշխատակցուհին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել առ այն, որ աշխատում է Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պատկանող անասնագոմում որպես կթվորուհի եւ անասուններին արածեցնելու նպատակով գտնվել է Կոտայքի մարզի Գառնի համայնքի սարերում։
Հուլիսի 7-ին՝ ժամը 02.00-ի սահմաններում, տնակի մոտ նկատել է «Նիվա» եւ «Կամազ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներ եւ դուրս եկել տնակից՝ տեսնելով երեք անծանոթ տղամարդու, որոնցից մեկը եղել է դիմակավորված, իսկ «Նիվա» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդի ձեռքին եղել է կացին։ Վերջինս սպառնացել է կացնահարել ձայն հանելու դեպքում եւ սկսել են հափշտակել գառները, իսկ դիմել փախուստի՝ «Նիվա» ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի ենթարկելով գառներ եւ ոչխարներ:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում նույն օրը հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ եւ 4-րդ կետերով : Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակչուհի Ն.Ամիրյանը ճանաչվել է տուժող եւ հարցաքննվել, ով հաստատել է, որ գառներն ու ոչխարները պատկանում են իր ընտանիքին։ Պատճառված վնասի չափը հստակեցվում է։
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնության վերաբերյալ։ Կասկածյալներից մեկը՝ 52-ամյա տղամարդը, ձերբակալվել է, եւս երկուսի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը։ Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած բոլոր անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
