Գաղափարական տարանջատումներ. Նժդեհից ու Անդրանիկից մինչև Պապ ու Արտաշես Առաջին. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ռուսաստան կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի` ՌԴ–ում Հայաստանի դեսպանատանն ունեցած ելույթում մի բավական հետաքրքիր դրվագ կար: Գրիգորյանը նշել էր, թե` «մենք պարտավոր ենք կառուցել Տիգրան Մեծի, Պապ թագավորի, Մոնթեի երազած հայրենիքը»: Այս արտահայտության մեջ Տիգրան Մեծի ու Մոնթեի անունները, թող կոպիտ չհնչի, սակայն որոշակի կլիշեներ են: Վերջիններս հստակ բովանդակություն ունեն` Մոնթեն հայրենասիրության ու հայրենասիրական ոգու, Տիգրան Մեծը` հզոր պետականության: Այս անունների կողքին Պապ թագավորի հայտնվելը բավական հետաքրքիր էր: Ի դեպ, ոչ պակաս հետաքրքիր էր մայիսի 28–ին Առաջին հանրապետության հարյուրամյակի հանդիսությունների ընթացքում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ելույթում Արտաշես Առաջին արքայի անվան հիշատակումը:
Ինչպես գիտենք, այս երկու պատմական կերպարներն էլ բարեփոխիչներ են եղել` ռեֆորմատորներ: Թերևս այս դիտարկման շրջանակներում նպատակահարմար չէ ներկայացնել այս երկու խոշորագույն գործիչների պատմական դիմանկարները, նշենք միայն, որ գործնականում Արտաշեսը և Պապը սկզբունքորեն առանձնանում են գրեթե բոլոր հայ արքաներից: Պապի պարագայում, ընդհանրապես, պետք է խոստովանել, որ գործ ունենք չափազանց պրակտիկ ու տաղանդավոր գործչի հետ, ում կերպարը պատմագրության մեջ, կարելի է ասել, ապականել են եկեղեցական պատմագիրները` նկատի ունենալով Պապի կտրուկ մոտեցումը եկեղեցական ռեֆորմին:
Այս երկու անունների շեշտադրումները քաղաքական ելույթներում չեն կարող լինել պատահական կամ օգտագործվեն ընդամենը գեղեցիկ ֆոն ստանալու համար: Ըստ էության, նախորդ վարչակարգի տեքստերում այս երկու անունների փոխարեն առավել հաճախ օգտագործվում էին Նժդեհ, Դրո, Անդրանիկ, Գևորգ Չաուշ և այլն, այլ կերպ ասած` առավել պաթոսային, հերոսականացված և հիմնականում ռազմահայրենասիրական շղարշով պարուրված անուններ: Պապ թագավորի և Արտաշեսի անունների հիշատակությունն, ըստ էության, խոսում է ներկա վարչակարգի գաղափարախոսության հիմնական սկզբունքների մասին, պայմանականորեն ասած` կենտրոնացված պետականության և բարեփոխումների գաղափարական հայեցակարգի վրա:
Այս երկուսից ակնհայտ է, որ առավել գործնական ու նպատակային է ներկա վարչակարգի առաջ քաշած հայեցակարգը, սակայն մեր խնդիրները եղել են ոչ թե լավ կամ վատ գաղափարները, այլ դրանց գործնական իրականացումը, այնպես որ, սպասենք, գուցե նաև աջակցենք լավ հայեցակարգի լավ իրագործմանը:
