Քաղաքականության արթնանալու ժամանակը. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Իշխանափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանում կարծես թե քաղաքական գործընթացները հայտնվել են լեթարգիական քնի ռեժիմի մեջ: Չէ, հասկանալի է, որ քաղաքական գործընթաց կա, սակայն խնդիրն այստեղ արագության ու բազմազանության մեջ է: Վերջին շրջանում հանրային ուշադրությունն ամբողջովին բևեռված է ուժային մարմինների գործողությունների վրա` բացահայտումներ, ձերբակալություններ և այլն: Այս ամենն, անշուշտ, մերձքաղաքական իրողություններ են, սակայն լայն իմաստով մաքուր քաղաքական կյանքը Հայաստանում չափազանց պասիվ է:
Սա բավական տարօրինակ է, քանի որ, անկախ ամեն ինչից, գրեթե ակնհայտ է, որ շուրջ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տեղի կունենան արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Նման իրավիճակում քաղաքական կուսակցությունները, ուժերը, տրամաբանորեն պետք է առնվազն նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ տանեին: Ինչ խոսք, միգուցե այդ աշխատանքները կան, սակայն լայն հասարակությանը դրանք դեռևս հասու չեն: Իսկ այս իրավիճակի միակ հիմնավորումը, թերևս, շարունակվող հեղափոխականության տրամադրությունն է: Սա ոչ թե դրական կամ բացասական գնահատական է, այլ պարզ իրականություն, սակայն, մյուս կողմից, հեղափոխականությամբ երկիր չի կառավարվում, առավել ևս` տևական հեղափոխականությամբ քաղաքական դաշտ չի ձևավորվում:
Սա բավական լուրջ խնդիր է, քանի որ նաև քաղաքական դաշտի ամայացումը փաստացի հանգեցրեց հեղափոխությանը: Ուստի գուցե ժամանա՞կն է կանգ առնել մի պահ, գործընթացները բերել քաղաքական դաշտ ու քաղաքական հարթակ և ձեռնամուխ լինել նոր քաղաքական մշակույթի ու հայեցակարգի ձևակերպմանը, որն, ի թիվս այլոց, կստեղծի բավարար հնարավորություններ հայաստանյան հասարակության և ժողովրդավարության կայացման, զարգացման ու դրսևորման համար և, ամենակարևորն է, կբացառի նախորդ վարչակարգի բովանդակության իշխանությունների առաջացումն ու, բնականաբար, կուտակված խորքային խնդիրները հեղափոխական ճանապարհով լուծելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Եվ ուրեմն ժամանակն է հեղափոխականությունը փոխել քաղաքականությամբ:
