Շիրակի մարզպետը հորդորել է համայնքների ղեկավարներին ավելի լավ աշխատել

Շիրակի մարզային խորհրդի հերթական նիստին մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը հորդորեց թերացող համայնքապետերին ավելի լավ աշխատել: Նիստի առաջին հարցն առնչվել է մարզի համայնքների բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտների 2018 թվականի վեց ամիսների կատարողականին: Ֆինանսական և սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման վարչության պետ Լիպարիտ Մարտիրոսյանի ներկայացմամբ հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ համայնքների բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտները կատարվել է 80.5%-ով: 2017թ. համեմատությամբ այս տարի սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման 21.5% աճ է արձանագրվել: Նախկին վարչական տարածաշրջաններից հավաքագրման ամենացածր ցուցանիշը գրանցվել է Աշոցքի տարածաշրջանում` 56.4%: 
Շիրակի մարզպետը, կարևորելով համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների ժամանակին ու պարտաճանաչ կատարումը, առանձնակի ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն 23 համայնքների վրա, որոնց կատարողականը մարզի միջին ցուցանիշից էլ ցածր է, և նշել է, որ ամենաշատը մեկ ամսում պետք է թերացումները վերացվեն: «Ինձ համար անհասկանալի են տարատեսակ պատճառաբանությունները, որոնք հիմնավոր չեն: Եթե չեք կարող աշխատել սա այլ խնդիր է, իսկ եթե չեք ուզում` լրիվ այլ: Պետք է մեկ փաստ արձանագրել, որ հարկերի հավաքագրմամբ հնարավոր կլինի լուծել համայնքների առջև ծառացած բազմաթիվ խնդիրները: Հորդորում եմ բոլորիդ աշխատանքում լինել աչալուրջ, հետևողական ու թափանցիկ, բացթողումներն այլևս անընդունելի են»,- նշեց մարզպետը:
Մարզխորհրդի օրակարգային հաջորդ հարցը ոռոգման կազմակերպման և բերքահավաքի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին է առնչվել, որի մասին խոսելով գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Մովսես Մանուկյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ 2018 թվականի ոռոգման սեզոնի սկիզբը արձանագրվել է հունիսի 25-ից, մինչև այդ մարզի տարածաշրջաններում տեղումների քանակը միջինից բարձր է եղել: Այնուամենայնիվ մարզի որոշ տարածքներում ներկայում ոռոգման ջրի խնդիր կա, եղել են ուշացումներ, ինչն էլ առաջացրել է բնակիչների դժգոհությունը: Ոռոգման խնդիրների առնչությամբ նիստի ընթացքում ծավալվել են բուռն քննարկումներ, համայնքապետերը դժգոհել են Շիրակ ՋՕԸ-ի աշխատանքից, իսկ Շիրակ ՋՕԸ-ի ներկայացուցիչը` համայնքների անպարտաճանաչությունից: 
Շիրակի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը, այս խնդիրների արագ ու օբյեկտիվ լուծումը կարևորելով, ընդգծել է. «Այս շրջանում ոռոգման խնդիրների լուծմանը բոլոր պատասխանատուները պետք է հետևեն, չի կարելի մատների արանքով նայել այս հարցին, թերանալ, առավել ևս խախտումներ ու բացթողումներ ունենալ: Աշխատանքները պետք է ամենօրյա հսկողության տակ լինեն»: 
2017-2018 ուս. տարվա ամփոփման և 2018-2019 ուս. տարվա նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների մասին զեկույցով հանդես է եկել կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի վարչության պետ Հրայր Կարապետյանը` նշելով, որ առաջիկա ուստարում մարզում աշակերտների թվաքանակի աճ է սպասվում շուրջ 1500-ով, որը պայմանավորված է լինելու ինչպես առաջին դասարանցիների ընդունելության ավելացումով, այնպես էլ ավարտող դասարանների նվազմամբ: Մարզում գործող 62 նախակրթարաններում ևս երեխաների թվաքանակի ավելացում է կանխատեսվում: Ինչպես նախորդ տարիներին, այս ուսումնական տարում ևս մարզի դպրոցականները աչքի են ընկել հանրապետական օլիմպիադաներում` վաստակելով 46 մրցանակ:
Ամփոփելով մարզի խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում քննարկված հարցերը՝ Շիրակի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանը կոչ արեց թափանցիկ ու աչալուրջ աշխատել. «Պետք է ընդունեք, որ երկրում իրավիճակ է փոխվել: Համատեղ ու հոգատար աշխատանքով մենք կկարողանանք դրական տեղաշարժ արձանագրել»:
