POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հուլիսի 9–ի հայաստանյան հեռուստաեթերում վարչապետի որդու զորակոչն էր, չնայած ոչ միայն հեռուստաեթերում, այլև բոլոր հնարավոր ու անհնար կայքերում: Վարչապետի որդու զորակոչի նկատմամբ նման ուշադրությունը առաջացրեց անգամ Պաշտպանության նախարարի դժգոհությունը, իսկ վարչապետն ինքն էլ իր խոսքում բառացի շեշտեց`«ես չեմ կարող հոգ տանել իմ երեխայի մասին ավելի, քան ցանկացած մեկ այլ զինվորի մասին»: Լրատվամիջոցների ու հանրության նման ուշադրությունը երկակի զգացողություններ է առաջացնում: Մի կողմից բոլորովին հարկ չկա նման ուշադրության անգամ ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից, որովհետև բոլորովին էլ պետք չէ հայտնի լինի վարչապետի որդու ծառայության վայրը, զորամասը, տարածաշրջանը` առավելևս սահմանային ծառայության դեպքում, մյուս կողմից` նման ուշադրությունը որոշակի PR ակցիա էր` որպեսզի վաղը այս կամ այն զինկոմը, զինվորականը կարողանա հանգիստ կերպով մերժել իր քրոջ, եղբոր կամ հարևանի որդուն ծառայությունից ազատելու կամ էլ գոնե «չալաղաջ» զորամասում «տեղավորելու» խնդրանքները կամ գործարքները:
Այս ամենի պատճառը նաև հանրային ներքին պահանջն էր: Կամա թե ակամա, այս տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորվեց հանրային մտածողություն, թե պաշտոնյաների զավակները չեն ծառայում: Ի դեպ, դա այնքան էլ այդպես չէ, օրինակ` առաջին նախագահ Լևոն Տեր–Պետրոսյանի որդին նույնպես ծառայել է, ասում են` մի քանի պաշտոնյաների զավակներ` նույնպես: Բայց սրանք բացառություններ են:
Սակայն հետո հետզհետե մենք հայտնվեցինք այնտեղ, որտեղ պաշտոնյայի զավակ լինելը դարձավ ծանր բեռ: Վարչապետի որդու` բանակ զորակոչվելու նկատմամբ ուշադրությունը կոտրում էր հենց այս կարծրատիպը: Սակայն, որպեսզի մենք ունենանք առողջ միջավայր և առողջ իշխանություն ու հասարակություն, հարկավոր է նաև հաջորդ քայլը` երբ մեր հաջորդ պաշտոնյայի կամ վարչապետի որդին կգնա ծառայության սուսուփուս, առանց ավելորդ աղմուկի ու լուսաբանումների, առանց ցուցադրականության: Իսկ հանրությունն էլ` այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի որդու ծառայության մեկնելուն կվերաբերվի այնպես, ինչպես ցանկացած քաղաքացու որդու բանակ գնալուն` կընդունի որպես օրինաչափ ու սովորական մի բան և կմաղթի խաղաղ ու անփորձանք ծառայություն:
