SOCIETYԾառուկյան դաշինք խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանը խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ Օլիմպավանի միջադեպին: Հարցին, թե տեղեկություն եղավ, որ ստուգվում է ծեծկռտուքին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասնակցությունը, ի՞նչ տեղեկություն կա այս մասին, նա պատասխանեց. «Այս պահին ունենք Վյաչեսլավ Հարությունյանի խոսքը այն մասին, որ ծեծկռտուք չի եղել, ինքը սայթաքել ու ստացել է այդ վնասվածքները: Իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասով որևէ զարգացում, ընթացակարգ չկա»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս ստացվեց, որ տուժողն իր խոսքը փոխեց, հնարավո՞ր է կաշառել են նրան, Իվետա Տոնոյանը պատասխանեց, որ դրանք անհիմն խոսակցություններ են: «Ինքն ասել է, որ եղել է դեղերի ազդեցության տակ, որ պատերազմի մասնակից է, կանտուզիա ունի: Ասել է, որ եղել է որոշակի վիրավորվածություն, նեղվածություն, ուզել է անընդհատ կապվել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ, բայց չի ստացվել: Ինքն ասում է, որ բարկացել է, աթոռն է շուռ տվել, դրանից այդ վանասվածքն ստացել է»,- հավելեց նա:
Անդրադառնալով ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե սայթաքելուց նման վնասվածքներ հնարավոր չէ ստանալ, Տոնոյանն ասաց՝ «թե ինչու է ոստիկանապետը նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկել նույնիսկ այն օրը, երբ դեռ դատարանում քննարկվում էր Էդուարդ Բաբայանին կալանավորելու հարցը, թողնում եմ հանրության դատին»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Բաբայանի կալանավորմանը, Իվետա Տոնոյանն ասաց, որ իրենք համաձայն չեն դրա հետ, փաստաբանները դիմել են վերաքննիչ դատարան ու բողոքարկում են այս որոշումը:
