Քննչական կոմիտեն միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում՝ պարզելու կրպակից քաղաքացու «Այֆոն 5s»-ը հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու Երևանի Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայում գտնվող կրպակից քաղաքացու բջջային հեռախոսը հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտից, 2018թ. հունիսի 9-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 16:30-ին, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը Երևանի Տիգրան Մեծ պողոտայում գտնվող կրպակի սեղանից հափշտակել է «Այֆոն 5s» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են դեպքի վայրում տեղակայված անվտանգության տեսախցիկների տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության: Տեսանյութի մեջ երևում է, թե ինչպես է կապույտ շապկով մի տղամարդ մոտենում կրպակին, սեղանից վերցնում հեռախոսը և հեռանում:
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված անձին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննչական կոմիտեն խնդրում է նշված անձին ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին կամ ովքեր ճանաչում են նրան, որևէ տեղեկություն ունեն նրա ինքնության կամ գտնվելու վայրի կամ, ընդհանրապես, դեպքի մասին, հայտնեն ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարությանօրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
