Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս խուսափել արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթներից
SOCIETYԱրևահարությունը հիվանդագին վիճակ է, որն առաջանում է գլխի վրա արևի ճառագայթների անմիջական, երկարատև ազդեցության հետևանքով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց թերապևտ ԱրմինեՆաղդալյանը: Նրա խոսքով` արևահարությունը պայմանավորված է ջերմության աստիճանով. «Վերջինս տարբեր ձևով է անդրադառնում բոլոր օրգանների գործունեության վրա: Այն կախված է տվյալ անձի առողջական վիճակից, խրոնիկական հիվանդությունների առկայությունից: Ծանր աստիճանի արևահարության դեպքում հնարավոր է, որ մարդը գիտակցության կորուստ ունենա»:
Թերապևտի հավաստմամբ` արևահարության նշաններն ի հայտ են գալիս արևի ճառագայթների ներգործությունից անմիջապես հետո կամ մի քանի ժամ անց, հաճախ՝ գիշերը. «Նկատվում է ընդհանուր թուլություն, աշխատունակության անկում, արյունահոսություն քթից, մաշկի կարմրություն և չորություն, հեղուկի բացակայության պարագայում՝ նաև ճնշման անկում»:
Տիկին Նաղդալյանն արևահարության ժամանակ խորհուրդ է տալիս տվյալ անձին տեղափոխել հով տեղ, սառը թրջոցներ դնել պարանոցին ու սառը հեղուկներ տալ:
Մաշկաբան-կոսմետոլոգ Անի Սիսակյանի խոսքով` արևահարությունն ազդում է ամբողջ օրգանիզմի գործունեության վրա, այդ թվում՝ նաև մաշկի:
«Մաշկն առաջինն է, որն անմիջական շփում է ունենում արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների հետ: Օրվա ընթացքում թույլատրելի արևահարման ժամանակահատվածը 30 րոպեից մինչև 2 ժամ է: Արևահարվելու դեպքում առաջանում են արևային այրոցներ, պիգմենտային խալեր ու հետքեր, այն կարող է հանգեցնել նաև վաղաժամ ծերացման»,-ասաց նա:
Մաշկաբանի խորհրդով՝ նման խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար պետք է արևի տակ գտնվել անվտանգ համարվող ժամերին, այն է` 8:00-11:00-ն և 16:00-ից հետո: Հարկավոր է կրել լայնեզր գլխարկ, մուգ արևային ակնոց, օգտագործել արևապաշտպան քսուքներ, իսկ երեկոյան լվանալ մաշկն ու օգտագործել խոնավացնող միջոցներ, խորհուրդ է տրվում պահպանել ջրի բալանսն օրգանիզմում, ճիշտ սնվել և տևական ժամանակ չգտնվել արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթների տակ:
