Գազի գինը կարող է և պետք է նվազի. «Փաստ»
ECONOMICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՊԵԿ–ն ստուգումներ է անցկացրել «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայում» և բացահայտել շուրջ երկու միլիոն դոլարի չարաշահումներ: Այս թիվն, անշուշտ, մեծ գումար է միայն հասարակ մահկանացուներիս համար, իսկ սույն ընկերության նույնիսկ չարաշահումների մեջ, թերևս, ընդամենը մի կաթիլ է: Բայց սա թողնենք համապատասխան մարմիններին և վերադառնանք մեր տաշտակին, այս դեպքում` գազօջախին կամ գազի բալոնին:
«Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» չարաշահումները և չարաշահումների բնույթը` «լևի գազ», իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ծավալներ, գերշահույթներ և այլն, ուղղակիորեն ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչի համար ենք քաղաքացիներս վճարում, ավել ին` այս չարաշահումները ցույց են տալիս, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ սահմանին Հայաստանը գազ է ձեռք բերում աշխարհում ամենաէժան գներից մեկով, իսկ մինչև սպառողին հասնելն այդ գինը գրեթե կրկնապատկվում է:
Նույնիսկ մինչ այս բացահայտումներն էլ բազմիցս խոսվում էր այն մասին, որ քաղաքացիները վճարում են նաև գազի կորուստների համար, շատ կասկածելի կորուստների, իսկ հիմա արդեն լիովին պարզ է դառնում, որ այդ կասկածելի կորուստները, բոլորովին էլ կորուստ չէին, պարզապես «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» գողանում էր ինքն իր գազը, վաճառում քաղաքացիներին` գազալցակայանների և այլ տարբերակներով, և այդ գողացված գազի գինը գանձում կրկին քաղաքացիներից` գազի սակագնի մեջ:

Բայց նույնիսկ դա կարող ենք մի կողմ թողնել, պարզապես պետք է արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանում գազի գինը կարող է նվազել, էապես նվազել, առայժմ այսքանը, ու կարող է նվազել ոչ թե ինչ–որ տարօրինակ սուբսիդիաների հաշվին, որոնց արդյունքում երկիրը մաս–մաս վաճառվում էր Ռուսաստանին, այլ ընդամենը մի ընկերությունում, անշուշտ` հզոր ընկերությունում կոռուպցիոն մեխանիզմների բացահայտման հետևանքով:
