POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բրյուսելում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շեշտել է, թե Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարական հեղափոխությունից հետո Ադրբեջանն ավելի ագրեսիվ է դարձել, և դա ագրեսիա է ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև տարածաշրջանում ժողովրդավարության դեմ:
Գրեթե նույն արտահայտություններով է Փաշինյանը հանդես եկել Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնի և «Քարնեգի» կենտրոնի փորձագետների հետ զրույցում` ասելով, թե Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի դրսևորումները հարձակում են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ժողովրդի, այլև տարածաշրջանում ժողովրդավարության ու մարդու իրավունքների դեմ: Այս հայտարարությունները, կարել է ասել, առանցքային են, քանի որ Հայաստանը վաստակեց նման հայտարարությունների իրավունքը, ավելի ճիշտ` վաստակեց Ադրբեջանից զատվելու իրավունքը: Անկախ նրանից, թե տեսականորեն ինչ գնահատական կտրվեր, փաստն այն է, որ 1994 թվականի զինադադարը միջազգային հանրության կողմից անուղղակի կամ ուղղակի կերպով ընդունվեց որպես հայկական կողմի հաղթանակ: Ընդունվեց առավելապես այն հիմքով, ինչի մասին խոսում է Փաշինյանը` արցախյան պատերազմը ժողովրդավարության ու մարդու իրավունքների դեմ սանձազերծված ագրեսիա էր:
Ցավոք, զինադադարից հետո հետզհետե Հայաստանը շարժվեց կոռուպցիայի, հակասահմանադրականության ու հակաժողովրդավարության ուղիով, ինչի արդյունքում էլ միջազգային ատյանները, Մինսկի խումբը և այլ կառույցներ իրենց գնահատականներում, կոչերում և հայտարարություններում ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի կերպով հավասարության նշան էին դնում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև: Այսօր միջազգային հարթակում Հայաստանն ունի պատմական հնարավորություն խախտել այդ հավասարությունը: Ի դեպ` այստեղ պետք է նշենք, որ արտաքին հարթակում հայաստանյան բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը, այդ թվում` ՀՀԿ–ն, լիովին հանդես են գալիս պետականամետ դիրքերից, և այս առումով նույնպես վարչապետը լիազորված է ներկայացնելու Հայաստանի տեսակետը: Այդ տեսակետն, արդեն ինչպես նշեցինք, տարածաշրջանային բովանդակություն է ձեռք բերում, քանի որ այսօր Հայաստանը, ինչպես 1990–ականների սկզբին, ընկալվում է ժողովրդավարության մի նոր կենտրոն տարածաշրջանում: Այս հնարավորությունը պետք է օգտագործել առավելագույնս: Բնական է, սա հեշտ և արագ գործընթաց չէ, և բոլորովին էլ պետք չէ հուսալ, թե միայն Հայաստանում կատարված ժողովրդավարական գործընթացների արդյունքում Արցախյան հիմնախնդրում արմատական լուծումներ կլինեն, սակայն մեկ բան աներկբա է` երկրի ղեկավարի լեգիտիմությունը երկրի` որպես բանակցային կողմ ներկայանալու տեսակետից, ամենալուրջ կռվաններից մեկն է: Հուսանք, որ այս հնարավորությունից Հայաստանը կկարողանա ստանալ առավելագույնը:
