Գեղամավանում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամավան գյուղի բնակիչ, 1962 թ. ծնված Հուսիկ Զաքարյանի սպանության դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները՝ վիճաբանության շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը։ Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

56-ամյա Հ.Զաքարյանը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է 2018 թ. հուլիսի 8-ին։ Վերջինս Սևանի բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել որովայնի, կրծքավանդակի շրջաններում ստացած բազմակի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վնասվածքներով, որտեղ նույն օրը՝ հուլիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 21։55-ին, մահացել է:

ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ տուժողը կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել է համագյուղացիների հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը համագյուղացիները մասնակցել են հուղարկավորության արարողության, հոգեհացի, ինչից հետո արարողությունների սրահի մոտ կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ Գեղամավան գյուղի բնակիչ Ա.Աբրահամյանը ծեծի է ենթարկվել։ Միջադեպին մասնակից են եղել նաև տուժողի՝ Հ.Զաքարյանի մերձավորները։ Կատարվածի մասին Ա.Աբրահամյանը պատմել է եղբորը և, տանից վերցնելով խոհանոցային դանակ, նույն օրը երեկոյան՝ ժամը 20:30-ի սահմաններում, գնացել են Հուսիկ Զաքարյանի առանձնատան ուղղությամբ։ Ցանկապատի մոտ հանդիպելով վերջինիս՝ վիճաբանել են, որի ընթացքում դանակով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել նրա որովայնի, կրծքավանդակի շրջաններին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքները։

Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Աբրահամյան եղբայրներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետով, և միջնորդություններ ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որոնք բավարարվել են։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
