ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում քննարկվել են ձկնաբուծության ոլորտի զարգացման հարցերը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հուլիսի 12-ին հանդիպել է «Հայ ձկնաբույծների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության  անդամների հետ՝ ոլորտի խնդիրները և զարգացման ուղիները քննարկելու նպատակով:

Ինչպես  «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար Խաչատրյանը, ողջունելով ներկաներին, նշել է, որ ձկնաբուծությունը ռազմավարական ոլորտ է նախարարության համար՝ արտահանման խթանման տեսանկյունից։

 «Մենք շահագրգռված ենք, որպեսզի  մեր երկրում ձկնաբուծությունը զարգանա, ավելանան արտադրության ծավալները, որակը բարելավվի, աճեն արտահանման ծավալները և ընդլայնվի արտահանման աշխարհագրությունը»,- մասնավորապես նշել է Արթուր Խաչատրյանը։

 «Հայ ձկնաբույծների միավորում» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Արմեն Բունիաթյանը նշել է, որ այս պահին արտահանման հիմնական շուկան իրենց համար հանդիսանում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, իսկ ԵՄ-ի շուկա անհրաժեշտ թույլտվություններ ունենալու դեպքում կարող են մուտք գործել օրգանական ձկան արտադրություն ունենալու դեպքում, ինչի համար Հայաստանն ունի բոլոր նախապայմանները։

Միաժամանակ ձկնաբույծներն ընգծել են, որ հայկական ձկնամթերքն արտաքին շուկայում մրցակցային դարձնելու համար ակնկալում են կառավարության աջակցությունը՝ մի շարք հարցեր կարգավորելու համար։ Նրանք մասնավորապես բարձրացրել են առցանց համակարգով կառավարվող  հոսքաչափերի տեղադրման պահանջին  վերաբերող մտահոգություններ՝ նշելով, որ այն  ինչպես ծախսատար է, այնպես էլ պատշաճ սպասարկման հարցեր է  առաջացնելու՝ պայմանավորված կայուն էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման և ինտերնետ ծածկույթի ապահովման հետ։   

Միաժամանակ անդրադարձ է կատարվել ընդերքի ջրային պաշարների խնայողաբար օգտագործման հարցին։ Մասնակիցները բարձրացրել  են նաև բնօգտագործման վճարների աստիճանական ավելացմանը, ձկան տոհմանյութի մաքսազերծմանը,  հարկմանը  վերաբերող հարցեր:
