Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա համայնքի ղեկավարին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու համար․ ՀՔԾ
POLITICSՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում 14.07.2018թ.-ին Մ. Մովսիսյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-1542-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հանրորեն վտանգավոր այն արարքի կատարման համար, որ նա, զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Մալիշկա համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, օժանդակել է 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին ռեյտինգային ընտրացուցակներով առաջադրված ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածուին` նրա օգտին կողմ քվեարկելու համար ընտրողներին կաշառք տալու հանցագործության կատարմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ-ից, Ազգային ժողովի` 2017 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ի ընտրությունների նախընտրական փուլում` 2017թ.-ի մարտ ամսին, Մ. Մովսիսյանը, հանդիսանալով ռեյտինգային ընտրացուցակներով առաջադրված ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածուի` Մալիշկա համայնքի նախընտրական շտաբի ղեկավար, թեկնածուի օգտին 1300 ձայն ապահովելու և այդ նպատակով ընտրակաշառքներ բաժանելու համար վերջինիցս առձեռն ստացել է ընդհանուր` 13.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, որը որպես ընտրակաշառք բաժանել է Մալիշկա համայնքի բնակիչներին` 10.000-ական ՀՀ դրամ մեկ ձայնի դիմաց: Մ. Մովսիսյանը, ապահովելով շուրջ 800 ձայն, ըստ նախնական պայմանավորվածության, ԱԺ պատգամավորի նույն թեկնածուին վերադարձրել է 500 ձայնի դիմաց հաշվարկված 5.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը:
14.07.2018թ.-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան` Մ. Մովսիսյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:
