Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում քննարկել են քաղաքային բյուջեին վերաբերող հարցեր

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում քննարկվել են Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքում տեղական տուրքերի դրույքաչափերը, մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման ծրագրի նախագիծը, և այլ հարցեր: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վերը նշված հարցերը քննարկվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած նիստին, որը  վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը։

Խորհրդի անդամների քննարկմանն է ներկայացվել օրակարգային 3 հարց. «Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքում տեղական տուրքերի 2016 թվականի դրույքաչափերը սահմանելու մասին» Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու որոշման նախագիծը, Երևանի զարգացման 2016 թվականի ծրագրի նախագիծը, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքի 2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագիծը սահմանված կարգով հանրային քննարկման ներկայացնելու վերբերյալ հարցերը:

Զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի եկամուտների հաշվառման և գանձման վարչության պետ Գայանե Հակոբյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը և Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը: Վահե Նիկոյանն ընդգծել է, որ 2016 թվականի զարգացման հիմնական ուղղությունների հիմքում Երևանի տարածքային համաչափ ու կայուն զարգացման շարունակականությունն է` նկատի ունենալով արդեն իրականացվող և մայրաքաղաքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագիրը: Ըստ այդմ, հաջորդ տարի, եղած ծրագրերին զուգահեռ, կյանքի կկոչվեն մայրաքաղաքի համար կենսական մի շարք նոր ծրագրեր: Նիստում խորհրդի անդամները յուրաքանչյուր հարցի վերաբերյալ ներկայացրել են իրենց առաջարկներն ու մոտեցումները: Օրակարգի երեք հարցերի նախագծերն էլ, խորհրդի անդամների միաձայն քվեարկությամբ, կներկայացվեն հանրային քննարկման:
