SOCIETYՇիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել եպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը հերքել է լուրերը, թե ինքը որևէ առնչություն ունի Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի հրաժարականը պահանջողների շարժման հետ:
Այս մասին նա գրառում է կատարել ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում: Գրառումն ամբողջությամբ ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Շուրջ երկու տասնամյակ Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդի հայրական խնամքը պետք եղածից ավել վայելած մի քանի անձինք` Արմեն (Կորյուն) Առաքելյան, Կարեն Պետրոսյան, Ղարիբ Հարությունյան, Հայկարամ Դրմեյան, քառասուն օր առաջ կամավորապես դուրս եկան Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու գավթից և այդպես էլ չվերադարձան` հակառակ մեր անթիվ հորդորներին և խրատներին:
Ավելին, փորձ արվեց, և դեռ շարունակվում է արվել, տարիների մտերմությունը անհարկի շահարկելով, լուսանկարների և առանձնակի զրույցների որոշ մանրամասների հրապարակումով, ինձ կապել այս եկեղեցաքանդ և մոլեռանդ շարժման հետ:Քառասուն օր համբերելուց և իրենց համար ամեն օր աղոթելուց հետո, այսօր ստիպված եմ հայտնել սույն անձանց բարոյական մահվան բոթը` խզելով նրանց հետ ամեն հարաբերություն, իրենց հանձնելով Ամենակալի դատաստանին, ինձ համար էլ սահմանելով ցմահ կամավոր ապաշխարության շրջան` արցունքով և աղոթքով քավելու իմ մեղքը` հոգևոր դաստիարակության մեջ այսպիսի աններելի ձախողման համար»:
Ապա սրբազանը թողել է հետգրություն, որտեղ ասված է.
«Այս քառասուն օրերի ընթացքում Վեհափառ Հայրապետը, եթե մեղանչումներ էլ ուներ, խաչի ճանապարհով անցնելով և դառնության բաժակը ցմրուր ըմպելով, բացարձակապես արդարացավ, իսկ իրենց արդար համարող ինքնասիրահարվածները մնացին սեփական լուտանքների և հայհոյանքների ծանր մեղքի բեռան տակ` բաժնեկից դառնալով Տիրոջը խաչի դատապարտողներին»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոս Գարեգին Բ-ն ուխտի էր մեկնել Գնդեվանք, և նրա հրաժարականը պահանջող «Նոր Հայաստան, նոր հայրապետ» շարժման ակտիվիստները շրջափակել էին նրա մեքենան:
