Երևանի ավագանու «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի անդամ Դավիթ Խաժակյանն այսօր Azatutyun.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք «Ելք» խմբակցությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետի միասնական թեկնածու է առաջադրելու, ասաց, որ եթե միասին՝ դաշինքով գնան ընտրության՝ ավելի լավ կինի: 

«Եթե ոչ, կարծում եմ, որ առանձին-առանձին ևս ձևավորելու ենք քաղաքային իշխանություն: Միասին կամ առանձին գնալու դեպքում լինելու է հարաբերակցություն ավագանիում, որը լինելու է ի օգուտ «Ելք» դաշինքի»,-ասաց նա:

Դավիթ Խաժակյանը գտնում է, որ ավագանու յուրաքանչյուր անդամ պետք է պատրաստ լինի այդ պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնելու, եթե համապատասխանում է իր տարիքը:

««Լուսավոր Հայաստանն» իր թեկնածուն ունի, այդ քննարկումներն իրականացնում է, բայց կարծում եմ՝ դեռ ճիշտ չէ այդ մասին հայտարարել, քանի դեռ ձևաչափը պարզ չէ, քանի որ ձևաչափից նաև այդ հարցն է կախված»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ իր տարիքը չի համապատասխանում քաղաքապետի թեկնածու առաջադրվելու համար:

Նա նշեց, որ դեռ շաբաթ օրը հայտարարել են, որ թեկնածու չեն առաջադրելու և պատրաստվելու են ավագանու ընտրություններին, որից հետո նոր ՀՀԿ-ն է հայտարարել:

«3 խմբակցությունների միջև առաջացավ կոնսենսուս արտահերթ ընտրությունների հետ կապված. նախկինում Զարուհի Փոստանջյանն էլ հայտարարում էր, որ քաղաքապետը պետք է հրաժարական տա և ավագանին լուծարվի: Եթե Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը առաջադրվել է, ուրեմն ակնկալում էր, որ ՀՀԿ-ն պետք է քվեարկի իր օգտին, քանի որ եթե նույնիսկ «Ելք»-ը քվեարկեր իր օգտին, միևնույն է՝ Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը չէր անցնելու: Մենք չենք առաջադրել թեկնածու ոչ թե նրա համար, որ չունեինք թեկնածու, այլ որովհետև կայացրել էինք որոշում՝ գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների, որովհետև որևէ այլ թեկնածուի քվեարկելու իմաստ չէր լինի, նույնիսկ եթե այդ թեկնածու մեզ գործընկեր ուժից է»,-ասաց նա:

Դավիթ Խաժակյանն ասաց, որ Երևանի ՏԻՄ օրենքը հստակ չէ, ունի հակասություններ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի հետ:

«Օրենք գրողները երբևէ չէին մտածի, որ ստիպված կլինեին իրենց քաղաքապետի հրաժարականը տեսնել և օրենքն այնպես են գրել, որ որևէ ընթացակարգ նախատեսված չէ, վիճելի հարցեր կան»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ընտրությունները կլինեն սեպտեմբերին:

Նա դժվարացավ ակսել, թե դերասան Հայկ Մարությանը ինչպիսի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու կլինի քանի որ չի ճանաչում նրան: «Իր գործունեությունը բոլորովին այլ դաշտում է, միայն կարող եմ ասել, որ այլ դաշտում գործունեությունը դեռևս չի նշանակում, որ մարդ չի կարող արդյունավետ կառավարիչ լինել»,-ասաց նա։

Ըստ նրա`Երևանում կառավարումը պետք է իրականացվի ապակենտրոնացած և համաչափ զարգացման տեսանկյունից։

Ինչ վերաբերում է «Իմ քայլը» շարժմանը չմիանալուն, Դավիթ Խաժակյանը նշեց, որ դա բացթողում էր հաշվարկի առումով: Նա նշեց, որ եթե միացած լինեին, որևէ պաշտոն կունենար, սակայն որպես քաղաքական գործիչ՝ իր արածի հետևանքը տեսել է և այս պահին էլ պաշտոնի ձգտումը չունի, առավել ևս, որ քաղաքային իշխանությունն իրեն հոգեհարազատ է:
