POLITICSՀայաստանի կառավարությունը մեծածավալ ներդրումների հոսք է ակնկալում: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:
«Ցանկացած ներդրման համար իրավիճակի փոփոխությունից, դրական մթնոլորտի հաստատումից բացի նաև անհրաժեշտ է ուսումնասիրել երկրի ամբողջ համակարգը: Դրանից հետո է ներդրողը ծանր ու թեթև է անում ու որոշում կայացնում: Որևէ ներդրող միանգամից մեծածավալ ներդրում կատարելու որոշում չի կայացնում, դրա համար հիմքեր են պետք»,- ասաց նախարարը:
Ա. Մինասյանը նշեց, որ հարկավոր է հակակոռուպցիոն պայքարի միջոցով էլ ներդրողի մոտ վստահություն ձևավորել: «Մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ ներդրում կատարել ցանկացողներ: Նույնիսկ առանձին դրվագներով կոնկրետ ներդրում կատարողներ կան: Առաջիկայում կհրապարակենք կոնկրետ ոլորտը, ներդրման ծավալը, հնարավոր աշխատատեղերի քանակը»,- նշեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:Հարցին՝ տարվող բացահայտումների շղթան բավարա՞ր է ներդրողների համար վստահելի միջավայր ձևավորելու առումով, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Այս հարցում կա թե՛ դրական, թե՛ բացասական սպասումը: Անշուշտ, հակակոռուպցիոն պայքարի շրջանակներում արվող բացահայտումները օգնում են ներդրողին, ներդրողի իրավունքները պաշտպանելու միտում է ձևավորում, ոչ թե «ահաբեկչական» գործողություններ են արվում: Մյուս կողմից, սակայն, երբ դիտարկում ենք գործընթացները, որոնք նախկինում ստվերային են եղել, հիմա բացահայտվում են, սա կարող է ներդրողների մոտ որոշակի բացասական սպասումներ ձևավորել: Կարծում եմ, որ գործընթացը չպետք է դիտարկել միայն բացահայտումների շրջանակներում: Ներդրումների թվի աճը կախված է համակարգային բարեփոխումներից»:
