Տասնութ զորակոչիկ կծառայի գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ կատարելով
SOCIETYՀայաստանում որոշակի մասնագիտություններ ունեցող 18 զորակոչիկ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայությունը կանցկացնի գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ կատարելով: Սա թույլ կտա տղաների ներուժը լավագույնս կիրառել բանակում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ծրագրի համար հայտարարված մրցույթի 3-րդ փուլում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար Դավիթ Փախչանյանը:
«Զորակոչիկները պետք է ունենան մասնագիտություններ ֆիզիկայի, ռադիոֆիզիկայի, ռոբոտատեխնիկայի, էլեկտրոնիկայի, ռադիոէլեկտրոնիկայի, նյութաբանության, քիմիայի, մեքենաշինության, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, ավտոմատացված կառավարման համակարգերի ոլորտներում: Այս մասնագիտություններն ընտրվել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող գիտահետազոտական, փորձակոնստրուկտորական կարիքներին համապատասխան: Ընտրված զորակոչիկներից կազմված վաշտը ծառայելու է Երևանի Արմենակ Խամփերյանցի անվան ավիացիոն համալսարանում: Նրանք ծառայությունն անցկացնելու են գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքներ կատարելով և համագործակցելով ինստիտուտների, ընկերությունների հետ»,-ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Այս ծրագիրն առաջին անգամ է կիրառվում Հայաստանում: Հիմնական նպատակն այն է, որ տղաների ներուժը լավագույնս կիրառվի բանակում: Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն ակնկալում է նաև, որ երկամյա ծառայությունն ավարտելուց հետո նրանք կշարունակեն աշխատել ոլորտում, որը Հայաստանում կզարգացնի գիտությունը: Փոխնախարարի համոզմամբ՝ այդ ծառայությունն անցած տղաները հետագայում կլուծեն բանակի համար կարևոր խնդիրներ՝ նոր ռազմական տեխնիկա ստեղծելու գործում:
Զինակոչիկներն անցել են ընտրության երեք փուլ: Առաջին փուլում նրանց հանձնարարվել է տրամաբանական թեստ, երկրորդում՝ մասնագիտական քննություն, երրորդում՝ ընդհանուր հանձնաժողովի հետ հարցազրույց: Առաջին փուլին մասնակցած մոտ 120 զինակոչիկներից երրորդ փուլ են անցել 55-ը, որոնցից միայն 18-ը պետք է զորակոչվի նման ծառայության: Փախչանյանը հավաստիացնում է՝ ընտրության համար առաջնահերթություն են տվել գիտելիքներին: «Մենք որոշակի ձևով արդեն գնահատել ենք նրանց գիտելիքները: Իսկ երրորդ փուլում գնահատում ենք նրանց անցած ճանապարհը, աշխատանքային փորձը, արված գիտական, փորձակոնստրուկտորական աշխատանքները, մասնակցությունն ինչ-որ նախագծերում»,-նշեց նա:
Երրորդ փուլ անցած զորակոչիկ Վարդգես Պապոյանը, ով սովորել է ԵՊՀ օպտիկայի ամբիոնում, ներկայում աշխատում է Ֆիզիկական հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտում՝ ռազմական սարքերի մշակման ուղղությամբ: Քանի որ ոլորտում ունի աշխատանքային փորձ, և մասնագիտությունն էլ բավարարում է մրցույթին մասնակցելու համար, որոշել է ուժերը փորձել և բանակին օգուտ բերել: «Կարծում եմ, իմ ստացած գիտելիքները բավարար են ռազմական սարքերի մշակմանը մասնակցելու, առաջնագծում զինվորի անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար»,-ասաց զորակոչիկն ու հավելեց՝ փորձելու է ավելի անվտանգ պայմաններ ստեղծել զինվորների համար:
